I would have given 10 if it was possible. We have purchased 2 lots of fencing and gates over a few years, and the product, the company, the staff and owner have always been great, but now a catch bolt broke and we could not get a replacement of the particular size. So I emailed them and asked if they could post me one and I would pay on a card over the phone. They replied straight away, yes they would post it, but they would not charge for the bolt or postage, we received it the following day. THIS COMPANY IS AMAZING!!!!! They could give classes to other companies on how to run a brilliantCustomer satisfaction business.
