I had a fantastic experience today visiting Goldsmiths in Eldon Square. I had an appointment with a gentleman called Terry who made the whole experience a memorable one. Although I was in to simply register my details for a new watch it was still very enjoyable and I had fun too. I must add that even though my appointment was with Terry other members of staff paid attention to me and were very chatty and I loved this. Looking forward to doing business with you Terry and the rest of the team. Thank you!!

Visited with my fiancee to buy our wedding rings and, Praise God, Goldsmiths had exactly what we wanted both is style and size. We purchased our rings straight away.The process was lovely, and the shop was very hospitable with my fiancée enjoying a glass of wine, and I had a coffee as I was driving.

Michelle called me this week to let me know a watch she had helped me register my interest for had been allocated to me. Michelle has assisted me multiple times over the last few years. Excellent service every single time and consistent communication in store and out of store. Nothing is ever too much bother for Michelle, who always goes above and beyond to deliver exemplary customer service. I’d not trust anyone else to assist me with watches. Thank you once again!

Bought a watch last week. Was happy that i was given the online discount price. They honoured it, so that was nice. I just felt the young girl could have been more present and bit more friendly. It Wasn’t an unfriendly experience per say, just a bit self consumed. I think when you’re in a jewellers spending a fair bit of money on what’s always a quite personal item you need someone more present. Just my opinion.Got the watch I wanted at a very good price, So that’s the main thing but not a 5 star experience. I think 3 and half stars is the correct score , four to high , three would be a little harsh.

An extremely satisfying visit to Goldsmiths Eldon Square where I dealt with Kamal. Kamal is extremely knowledgeable re the store's products, however it was the client service that makes him stand out. Kamal took the time to get to know me as a client and understand my wishes and expectations. Off the back of this I made a purchase which I am extremely happy with. I left the store feeling valued, positive and very happy with the service I had received - thank you Kamal.

I just left the store with my partner about fifteen minutes ago to enquire about a Rolex. I was met by an absolutely hostile middle-aged, red-haired lady who had red lipstick on. Evidently, she could not wait to discharge me and send me to “deal with them” in Manchester. Terrible way to treat a customer. I wonder if I’d have had a similar experience if I was not a black woman and looked similar in to her. Sizing me up and down to determine if I was worth a good customer experience is exactly the opposite of what I needed.
