I used his services in 2016 when I broke my phone screen, he charged quite a lot but my screen was fixed and I was happy.It wasn't until I dropped my phone again (on to a carpet) and it broke again, I went back to him willing to pay for him to fix it once more. I paid him £135 in cash and he took my phone. He got back to me saying it wasn't going to be fixed so I asked him if it was possible to get pictures/videos off of it and he could keep the money. I had pictures and videos (the only ones I had) on that phone of my dad who had passed away the year before. He never ever got back to me, and he still has my phone, money and pictures (that I would absolutely die for today). I don't know if this business is still open or not.. We have called the number on several different occasions and he never gets back to us.Genuinely just upset and disappointed, how you could take about £300 off of someone and just keep their phone and not even give them the pictures that they explained were special. Terrible terrible service. Also Lennoxtown is a small place and he probably knew my dad, which makes it even more insulting.2018 and I am still waiting...
