Responded very quickly to an issue we had with a central heating repaired there and then! Very professional service

Cowboys, rip-off merchants, overpriced scammers. Avoid. £800 for this work for a vulnerable old woman living alone. Worst type of people.

We used their online booking service on Thursday to book a slFriday. I the rang and left a voicemail of the details of the issue and sent an email to ensure they were informed of the issue before arrival. They didn’t turn up. On Sat morning I rang to enquire why nobody came and was told their online booking system doesn’t work. I asked why they didn’t pick up my voicemail. They said it must have been missed. I asked why they didn’t respond to my email. They couldn’t find it. I was perfectly polite on the call but the lady hung up on me. Very bad service. Would never use or recommend.In answer to the feedback received from Same Day Plumbers. I had no missed calls on Thursday or Friday so I don’t know what number you called…..but it wasn’t mine. I have checked my emails and the email with the details of this issue was definitely sent to the email address on the website. It was your team member on the phone that told me that you don’t offer set timed slots so the booking system doesn’t work and that the website is being updated to correct this….you only offer morning or afternoon slots. I was not offered an appointment on Monday. The lady started talking about weekend bookings and weekend rates and when I stated I shouldn’t be charged a weekend rate for a booking made for a Friday she hung up on me. Thank you for the offer to make a new appointment but i think it’s best I take my business elsewhere. Thank you.

My elderly mother booked an emergency callout which was £234 for a Sat morning, the toilet had a leak between the cistern and the pan, the plumber tightened the bolts but told my mother it was still possibly leaking and he could either seal it with silicone and guarantee for this for 1 year, or she would need a new toilet as hers maybe cracked, so she was quoted £675 for a replacement and paid a further £150 deposit during the callout.Following the cistern being tightened the leak had stopped, on further inspection by myself, there was no visible signs that the toilet was cracked and it just simply needed tightening.I reported my findings to the team and cancelled the replacement toilet, my mothers deposit was refunded, avoiding a costly and unnecessary replacement.

Appointment booked but didn't arrive, day off work wasted.

Poor service caused a leak damaged kitchen cabinets and floor . Management even refused to discuss would not recommend definitely will not use again stay awayObviously not a pre existing leak we would have been flooded before hand plumber did not do up fitting properly unprofessional and full of excuses
