I called today for some much needed advise on how to maintain the water in my hot tub correctly.The man on the other end of the phone was extremely helpful and gave some great advice. He couldn't do enough to help and had lots of time for me.Fantastic!!! If everyone was like this in business the world would be a much better place.Thank You...

We have just received delivery of our hot tub from Castle Hot Tubs. My Husband and I are very happy with the service we received. We have jumped into the spa this morning and are so happy with our purchase. We would definitely recommend buying your hot tub from Castle Hot Tubs :)

Jake and Paul installed a legend 7 hot tub today in sunny Porthcawl. They faced many challenges. The heat and fixing a cover that had not before in their experience. These gentlemen were excellent company. Providing a finished product of the highest quality. By the time they left they left as friends. Thank you both

My Hot tub was delivered today following excellent updating via phone calls from Sarah and Rhiannon, genuinely lovely girls who care about the customer and shared my excitement waiting for my Elite 300.Despite working in high winds and non stop rain Steff and Nick were so friendly and efficient making the delivery day a lot of fun !Everything was explained and demonstrated with the assurance that support is available on the phone whenever needed .Can’t wait to try it out tomorrow. I can highly recommend Castle Hot tubs .
