I love card factory for their variety, great value for money, staff are always busy but never too much to be helpful. Great location too. Love it!

A very reasonable place to buy any type of cards. Loads and loads of selection for cards, also they have gift bags, wraps and small gifts. Good location, mostly no problems with Parking, though at peak times the spaces gets tight to find. The shop is wheel chair accessible as well.

Always go here for cards and stuff. Let's face it, most people look at their birthday card once, maybe twice. Why waste 3, 4, 5 pounds on one when a pound or 1.99 is enough. Absolutely great value and service

Firstly the positives: Wanted to pick up some balloons on route home and saw a list of them their website. Rang through and the person was helpful, confirming they have it in stock and would put it aside for me. Went in and true to their word, they had everything ready for me. Whilst in the shop they recommended other things (like ribbons) which was overlooked and was a nice addition. So on this point, they were spot on helpfulNow the negatives: Purchased a gas canister and the box was opened. We were told the canisters are kept safely outside of the box hence why it was opened on purchase. The safety value was tightly closed and this was checked instore. We needed the canister to fill up nearly 20 balloons - just don't have the lungs at my age. On Saturday night, we went to fill the balloons and to our surprise it only filled up one balloon before it ran out. We ended up blowing up the balloons manually. When I contacted the shop on Monday they said it was my fault and I had left the valve opened which I disputed because it was closed at the time of purchase verified by the shop assistant. The person was not helpful and kept repeating the same thing over and over again. When I had the opportunity I visited the shop and spoke to the same assistant and she burst out laughing. At first I was suprised then really angry at the rude response. She then said tough

Very happy with service .wanted memorial cards for my family grave normally they have a nice selection but hardly had any bit disappointed but wouldn't put me off going back.

Lovely shop friendly assistants and easy parking for blue badge holders definitely go again.
