Outstanding service! Very happy with the purchase of my car. I have purchased a few vehicles from here over the years and they have all been reliable. They were very helpful and answered my questions!

Found a car online thinking it was good, Toyota Auris Hybrid after arranging the finance myself. Travelled down from Bristol and got the car drove it home, A/C wasn’t working, horn stopped working and brakes started making noise. When I got home I realised the front wheels where a different size to the back wheels so tried calling them and they told me they would fix all the problems. Still waiting not answering my calls just keep trying with no joy but now going down the legal avenue. Do not waste you’re money buying a car from these cowboys . Please don’t waste you’re time or money

Would not recommend buying any cars from these guys. They seem nice and friendly at first but once you buy the car they will not care if you have any issues with said car after even purchasing the full 1 year warranty.I purchased a car from them a year ago with a full 1 year warranty and after a couple of months the car started having problems with the injectors, cylinders, cooling system and fuel pumps. They have a specific garage that you have to take the car to, they don't accept you taking your car to any other garage which their cousins own, to check the issues and fix the problems. It's called Universal tyres in Ruislip and no matter where you live, you have to take the car there to be checked and fixed. At times I had my car in their garage for over a month because they couldn't get the parts, and once they fix 1 issue, another comes up like a never ending cycle. I have told them what I believe the issue was and told them to check the fuel pump but they refused so I took the car to a different garage and that was the issue and once I fixed that everything was running fine. I have called them to inform them of the bad service the garage gave me but they didn't care. Safe to say I would never recommend this place to buy a car to absolutely anyone, not even my worst enemy.Stay away!

Dishonest - AVOID!We were sucked in by the good reviews but regret buying a Seat Mii in April from Hamza at Alliance.Alliance are blocking our number and not returning calls or emails.Despite Alliance including a free three month warranty, when we called Autoguard to claim, the car had not been registered. The aircon had a leak, which was topped up but not fixed, meaning it'll stop working soon. The exhaust heat shield was missing 5 of the 6 bolts holding it in place, which should have been mentioned in the MOT Alliance did before sale, but it was given a clean bill of health.Update Sept'23: paid £200 of the £400 cost to repair to get the aircon sorted, and a month and a bit later, it's gone again. And again they're blocking my calls and not answering my emails: holidays again?

After months of searching for a car, I decided to go for this dealer as they had really good reviews and claimed to be Trading Standards approved. Well, apparently that does not mean anything as since I've had the car delivered the level of customer service has been appalling, they seemingly couldn't care less!I had to take a chance and have a car delivered without having seen it in person first as there were no cars local and as I have a toddler I do not have a lot of time and travelling is difficult. The car was advertised as being in good condition, that it drives nicely and with no faults so with this and the dealers' reviews I decided to take a chance and opt to get the car delivered. What a big mistake!First of all, the car arrived in a really unclean condition and it smelt awful, despite them suggesting they had the car valeted which was not a great start! I should have declined the sale of the car just based on this and their attitude about it, however, I had already paid out a deposit and delivery charge and being a single woman I didn't feel comfortable challenging some of the (cosmetic) issues after a view and brief test drive around the block. Some of the things I have discovered so far that are faulty or are not as advertised are; both of the trays on the back seats are broken, the handle on the inside of the door is broken, the lock switch is broken and doesn't work, the radio is asking for a code (which they won't supply and instead they've just said to call a Nissan dealership for it) there was a very large icy puddle in the footwell of the back seat, the engine makes a noise when it is cold and accelerating, the breaks are squeaky, the indicator and brake lights are the wrong colour and in the wrong place on one side? and the car is also out of line at the back which could suggest it might have been in a crash! The rear doors also on occasion do not appear to shut properly even if firmly closed which resulted in one of the doors flying open while I was on a busy road which could have caused a serious accident, luckily I didn't have my daughter in the car at the time! I have asked them multiple times now for the HPI check and warranty details as these were never provided to me when the car was dropped off and I still haven't received them.I haven't even had this car for a month yet and I have already had all of these problems. All the dealer has offered is to book me into their garage (not local) I've said I cannot due to childcare or work which they clearly didn't listen to. I want to book the car in to my garage which I have all rights to do under warrenty but they are refusing to give me warrenty details. The communication has been shockingly poor and rude which is really disappointing customer service. All I want is for the problems to be resolved but I have received no reasonable way to do this. I've still not received any warranty documents despite chasing this numerous times, and I am being refused a refund.

Luckily I did not get the chance to buy a car from them. Found a car I liked on Autotrader and called them just after opening around 10 am to arrange for a viewing and test drive. I confirmed the time with the guy on the phone and we arranged everything for 1 pm. After driving 1 1/2 hours to have a look at the car we got there just after 1 after being stuck in bad traffic.Walk into their office to great the guy sitting there only to be told that the car has been sold 30 minutes ago. Was offered no apology for not sticking to our appointment and that I should have paid the safety deposit online if I did not want to loose the car.I initially overlooked the bad reviews because the price on the car I wanted was good but you should really listen to all the complaints on here. Very unserious business.

Avoid at all costs , sold a car with “full service history “ was told it was all recorded on the cars key . Bmw confirm no services recorded for 3 years ! Have emailed and called but have received no response about this issue and the car had a full mot upon sale with no advisory items but has had to have £1400 of work to repair badly leaking diff after only covering 2500m since purchase . An honest company would at least respond to calls and emails . Very dissatisfied and will follow up with legal action for a refund

These people are rogues ! I paid them a £200 deposit to go and view a car, with the Finance ready, if I liked the car. I got there and didn't like the vehicle for various reasons, including presentation and condition. I told them I would not be proceeding with the purchase. My £200 has not been refunded despite numerous emails and calls which gave nit been answered. They gave suddenly refused to pick up calls or respond to emails. This is 3 weeks and counting. Refund my £200 or I will get the Police involved. This is a scam.

Disgusting company to deal with. Spoke to a guy called Hamza regarding a car I was looking to buy. Told him my deposit and my budget which we met half way. He asked me to view the car which I did at a 4hr round trip. While I was there I was then told about one dent when I found there was two plus curbed wheels that would need refurbishment. I said I was going to go home to speak to my Mrs and I’d call him once I’d spoken to her and he told me “no problem the car is here” I even asked about delivery. Not once did he ask me for any kind of deposit. When I got home I spoke to my partner them text him about the car to be told it was sold an hour ago. I know there was no deposit before they reply with that fact but the least they could of done was call me and explain that someone was there and looking to buy it so I could of made my position clear.Avoid the hassle as it seems others have had similar issues with this company

Part exchanged my car with them and they didn't bother to register it in their name. Have let people test drive it still under my name and even worse I have lost out on 2 months of tax refund as they didn't register in their name until I called up to ask them what was going on. Very unprofessional and I have lost money because of it. Would not recommend.Ps. I should not have to remind a 'professional' car dealership to register the vehicle they've purchased from me in their name. I expect some kind of compensation from the 2 months tax refund I've lost out on
