Worst outpatient admin ever, arrived with a cue of people waiting - Four admin staff all hiding theirs heads not doing anything behind two separate counters and not offering to help anyone - I had to jump the cue and ask one of them if she was working - surprisingly she said YES.!!! absolute mess and lack of any kind of basic management !!! Then had to wait an hour and twenty minutes just to get confirmation of my next scan that the Doctor clearly told me of, only I asked to get someone in charge then things moved on… whoever in charge of this place get someone to manage and get this mess in order

Absolutely shocking with Payments. I asked for all the costs to be upfront and stated I would be paying for this out of pocket as I did have linear income or insurance and my knee had been giving me an issue.1. I had 1 consultation with Mark which cost £210 (This lasted about 25 minutes). He scanned the knee and said it pretty simple in terms of diagnosis but to have an MRI.I asked how much the MRI would cost - £400 he said.I had the MRI that evening, and was billed £725 although on their cost sheet it stated that an MRI was £700.I was then told to have another consultation with Mark. This lasted 5 minutes and I was told I would need an injection, which was known from the start. Again, that 5 minute consultation cost £145. I asked Mark the cost of the injection, was told it was not expensive and requested to pay for all of it upfront. I came in for the injection the next day, was charged £145 and had the injection done in 5 minutes. There was no consultation, just an injection. As I had requested all payments to be made upfront, I thought this was the end of it. 2 weeks later I get a notification to pay £414 - I called and no one could help, I emailed on MyChart without a response and have now reported this. If you have insurance, go ahead, although the waiting times can be long. If you don't, DO NOT expect any transparency on costs and expect a lot of Consultations" to get you to the point where they know you will need to get. Last time I will ever use this clinic. In total

Had my Septoplasty surgery with Jonathan Hughes, ENT surgeon on Friday. The experience was flawless, having been private before I thought I knew what to expect but this exceeded my expectations. I was promptly admitted at 7am. Taken up to my day case room to settle in and taken care of by the nursing team. I was met by the Anaesthetist, Ahmad Ziyad and ENT Surgeon, Jonathan Hughes, both answered all the questions I had about the surgery and recovery. I was escorted down to theatres and was made extremely comfortable by the welcoming and friendly caregivers. The surgery took place at 10:30am and the next thing I knew I was awake post op without pain. I was promptly met by Jonathan who informed me that the surgery was successful and noted the next steps. This was then repeated to me by the nursing team once I was back in my room. Pharmacy provided painkillers should I feel any discomfort in the next few days and after I was provided with food I had selected from the menu pre-op. My friend collected me from the hospital and was immediately impressed by the level of care. After I was discharged from the hospital on the same day at 3pm. Overall my experience was excellent. If I could give this more than 5 stars I would. The model of care was excellent and I felt like I was at a 5 star hotel much rather than a hospital. The caregivers were extremely friendly and everything was done efficiently. If you have access to private healthcare then Cleveland Clinic London should be your first choice.

My first experience at the Cleveland hospital London was not a good one, I was told that I had to have blood tests and swabs taken on the 16th October, I had my blood tests and then told to do my own swabs, which I thought was totally unprofessional. Then the 17th October I was taken to floor 5for my procedure, I was taken down to theatre only to be told that I had tested positive for covid, and told my procedure would be cancelled, at this point I was taken back to my room, to be told it was a mistake and I didn't have covid, I was then taken back to theatre for my procedure, my surgeon and anesthetist were excellent, but I found the nursing staff very unprofessional, I was very distressed. The food I was given was very cold, and coffee was freezing. I was sent home the next day without any pain killer's or much advice. Then I left with my sister, and nobody even said goodbye. All in all it was more of a nightmare from start to finish.

The nurses on Floor 4 were wonderful at keeping me calm and comfortable before and after surgery. Everyone was really friendly and ready to help. The physio and porters as well made sure I knew what was going on, and answered all my questions. The facilities were really good, the food was also amazing. The menu offered a wide range of choice as well as “all day & all night” options which was great as someone with a bit of a smaller diet range than most.Of course, you can’t expect people to instantly teleport to your side, or for food to be delivered by the minute you’ve ordered it, so I would honestly say I couldn’t find anything wrong with my stay.Definitely 10/10 for the nurses, thank you so much.

Couldn't rate this place high enough. It feels like a 5* hotel. The courtesy and attentiveness of the nurses, staff, caterers, cleaners... everyone was just so helpful and nothing was too much to ask of them.

I had a gastroscopy at this clinic. I was told that I could decide about the sedation type until last minute hence I discussed this with all the members of staff that I met on the day. No one could provide a short, clear answer to my worry about going through sedation. I was requesting the minimum to be relaxed but remain conscious, what they call conscious sedation. I cannot recall anything from the procedure and was feeling very asleep when taken back to the room. In the procedure report, the sedation dosage mentioned is very high, which my specialist confirmed in our follow up appt. The staff did not respect my request for conscious sedation and nowhere in the report it is noted that they tried to give me conscious sedation first and then had to increase the dosage for smoother procedure. The test was done by Dr Rehan Haidry. I will not trust this clinic and doctor for further tests to be done under sedation.

I am absolutely shocked by the lack of quality care at the Cleveland Clinic and the rudeness I was treated with. I have no words to express how I feel. I attended an appointment with gastroenterologist Charles Murray, the doctor was lovely , he was professional and gave me confidence that I am in the right hands. The good experience stops there! He ordered some tests to diagnose me, as I have been sick for a month, the appointments team tells me they cannot book the tests for me and do not know who can. I called the secretary of Doctor Murray after finding the number on the web, she was extremely rude to me said you need to call this other number to book your tests. Nobody had any idea what the procedure actually was, the secretary told me its an external clinic and basically hang up on meThis is a level of lack of humanity and absolutely socking lack of good care for a patient!!!!! I was expecting a 5-star care and this behaviour is not only disappointing but also unacceptable under any circumstances.I will be looking at finding alternative care with a different hospital that has respect for human beings! Please avoid this clinic at all costs

Excellent quality service and care in all aspects at the Cleveland Clinic in May this year. From the medical team, nursing care, physiotherapy after care, cleaners, porters and pharmacy staff really could not fault any of them. I was made to feel so welcomed and valued. The catering services were brilliant and offered a wide variety of freshly prepared dishes with meals available for my daughter who stayed with me. Thank you Cleveland clinic. Only downside very difficult to park car.
