Good Guys. Came to my rescue from a standing start. I bought a new PC through them and they advised me on tweaks I would have got wrong. They rescued the old drives and info. I could call them when the new system did something unfamiliar. I felt their costs were very fair particularly because they could have stung me and didn't. I felt they listened. Good to deal with. All in all a good experience. Thanks.

As a new customer, Resolve fixed my problem on the same day I contacted them. They were polite and pleasant to deal with, spoke plain English, explained what they were doing and charge very reasonable fees. After several days unsuccessfully trying to solve this problem, it was a relief to sort it out. Tim also identified another problem that has been plaguing us for months. Not just good for your computer, good for your health!

We recently relocated our business to a new premises, it was vital we were up and running again as soon as possible. We use a lot of complex printing and scanning equipment, the team from Resolve managed to set these up on our new network extremely quickly and efficiently even though they hadn't had to deal with them before.Downtime was kept to a minimum and we were back up and ready to service our clients with no hassle or disruption. I would highly recommend their services. The resolve team are professional, reliable and extremely knowledgeable even in new and unseen processes.
