Burger king Bromley, some of the staff need a lesson in hygiene.Whopper was tasteless and the bun hard and dry. Ordered a coffee with my meal and only half full. The bin ate well,wasn't going to risk asking for another meal incase the member of staff who keeps sticking her finger in her ear and handling food served me. Don't know how this place got 5 Star hygiene award. Must sell them on eBay.

The worst Burger King I have ever tried. I Ordered Peppercorn Angus but there was NO sauce. They spread a tiny bit of sauce on one side of the bun. The lady at the till poured my soda 10 minutes before the order was ready therefore the soda was already diluted and had less fizz. I Ordered the chili cheese bites got them COLD. Staff were in slow motion and looked like they hated being there and everyone who dared to order. I tried to give 2 stars but I couldn’t. One star is for the fact that I eventually ate.

I went to Burger King in Bromley, over the weekend, when I got my meal the food was cold. I found the service was quite quick.

Came in here to grab a quick burger and so my partner could go to the toilet, she texted me from the disabled toilet asking me to ask the members of staff for some more toilet roll. For some bizarre reason (despite being told multiple times that my partner was on the toilet) the man who was bringing the toilet roll decided he was going to open the door while my partner was NOT decent. He even shoved me out of the way to open the door, then turned and walked away very quickly without saying a word. Even when we went up to the counter to complain the rest of the staff were not very helpful and while they did apologise it’s still not acceptable. While I did not get his name as he was not wearing a name badge the man was Indian and was cross eyed. We are in the process of making a formal complaint but just a warning to everyone who may come here be aware of this creep

Normally I love Burger King but today I have made the decision never to eat at any of their outlets . Dreadful tasteless food no I tell a lie it tasted like cardboard and was expensive. Service was awful and the toilets were disgusting and stank . Never again

Abysmal service - only ordered a drink, and they got it wrong. Twice! Then, the staff had the gall to roll their eyes at me as if I was doing them a disservice, with the other staff appearing like they didn't know what planet they were on: standing about doing literslly nothing to mitigate the queue that was stretching near to the door. Terrible.

I have just encountered the worst Burger King and fast food place EVER!! I ordered via my app 2 chicken royale meals. My daughter and I waited for a while and as we were waiting we took in the gloomy environment, staff huddled together laughing and talking, the server who took our order was seen coughing on her hands as she handled our fries (if you could call it that!) my daughter was not happy and refused to eat from them. I asked if I could get a refund and the staff told me that the wait was because new fries were cooking. I told her I would prefer a refund because my train was about to arrive. Long story short she put food in the bag and when I checked the fries were disgusting! And old! The burger was old and sickening and was not a chicken royale!! I went back and demanded a refund and no questions asked my refund was paid in full and in cash.Should have listened to my daughter and my instincts and NEVER have even attempted to buy food from this outdated and disgusting place!Staff are also rude and gloomy looking like the food!AVOID this place! I would give NO stars if possible!!!
