I used several agencies for my flat sale earlier this year and I can safely say that Paul and his team and marsh and parsons were always the most courteous and polite from the start. It has been a pleasure working with them through the process which has taken longer than anticipated (no fault of Marsh and Parsons but rather the tedious managing agents!) but Paul has handled all parties with the upmost care and attention - always quick to respond and always proactive with a solutions based approach. Very good service. All credits to Roy who is very helpful and resourceful and took the trouble to show me around a few properties for rent at the last minute. Saw one that I really like but tough luck losing out an offer to another bidder. Although i ended up signing another tenancy contract with another property in the area (which I actually like more), I have to thank Roy for his professionalism. Would definitely recommend this agency!

I have used M&P Little Venice to rent my property for several years now. The service just received, esp from manager Roy Khan, warrants a mention. He went above and beyond to make sure the rental of my flat to new tenants went smoothly. His efforts liaising with and managing old tenants/workmen/new tenants to make sure the property was up to scratch was exceptional. And a huge help given I was unable to attend to be present myself. Flat looks great. New tenants are in and happy!
