absolute godsends, they took off my nails that had so much damage to them due to a lazy and poor job. the girls were good at calming me down as the nails had been infected and amazing company as a whole, they were also really knowledgeable about the treatment that they were giving me!! it was an amazing service and i will be coming back!!

Came in to have laminated brows, the process was nothing like I've seen on various videos where they pay attention to detail. Practically popped a few products on, threaded them job done! For £30!! It's now been 2 days and my brows look like they've been barely touched yet supposed to last between 4-6 weeks. I won't be coming here again unfortunately

Went here for a hair cut for my mom. A little background information - we've tried 3 different salons around the Midlands to get a nice layer cut in shoulder length hair. Many straight up refuse and the others who agreed didn't quite understood the assignment. And of course, they are all pretty expensive.But this experience was very satisfying. Hair stylist Marina did a great job. We were welcomed well by the staff despite going there without a booking and within seconds Marina understood what my mum wanted and within minutes my mum was on the chair getting a cut. The entire cut took around 15 minutes. She was very professional and the cut turned out just perfect. Moreover the price is such a bargain!! There are other services available here as well, including nail salon and men's grooming section.Highly recommend it and I am very satisfied with what we got.

I went to buy some aftershave and perfumed we waited so long just for a tester of the the perfumes that was lock behind the counter so I asked the lady if we can smell it she said wait very rudely she was doing her own thing if say she was with customers it would be different story. She came and spray and went me and my wife just looking at each other there was two of them! We just walked away didn’t bother to spend money in a place the stuff disrespect you I went to boots instead.I will never use Superdrug in town. I think the management should investigate or maybe giving them some training how to behave with the customersNever again

Went to Superdrug birmingham bull ring Saturday 15th busy branch but what annoyed me was it was around 1300 hrs and FOUR girls in the tills didn’t take note of the queue at the tills by customers they happily carried on talking compared their own nails and generally ignorance to customers

Went there to get ear piercing for my friend. Got done literally within 5 minutes, no queue, friendly ladies, all clean and disinfected. Didn't realise they have such a big beauty section there and prices are reasonable especially compared to other salon in town for nails and hair, spacious and not super busy. Apart from that has all the normal superdrug sections, the only downside is you only really go there if you in bullring as its on the bottom floor and there is another Superdrug next to poundland in town and seems more convenient to go there.

They do have a nice cosmetic collection there, specially vichy and la roche posay, and the staff are super nice with great recommendations

Did a click and collect order early on a morning. Item was ready and packaged by time the store opened. Great service. 100% reccommend

Great range of products and great prices. There was a large queue at the checkout. They quickly got more colleagues on and served quickly and with a smile. Great work guys

I was followed around by security the second I walked in. As a female in their mid twenties this made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and unable to shop for the few items I popped in for. Disgusting prejudice behaviour.
