Aberdeen 4x4 Self Drive

Best experience on our week long Scotland vacation. Gary answered countless emails to help us plan a route that was mind blowing along the North Coast 500. The defenders were clean and well maintained. The drivers that delivered and picked up the cars from us in Edinburgh could not of been any nicer. They worked around our schedule which was a little Hectic. And they seemed happy to help us. I would highly recommend this company.

During a two week road trip using our Discovery 3 with caravan in tow, our Discovery 3 suffered a total suspension failure near John O'Groats. Being 600 miles from home halfway into our holiday it looked like the only option was AA recovery to Lancashire and cutting short our holiday.We called the nearest main dealer at Inverness who stated that the vehicle couldn't even be assessed for 3 weeks, let alone repaired. Thats when we Googled Aberdeen 4x4 and spoke with Gary. If we could limp to Inverness (130 miles) then he would deliver me a replacement landrover.This we did, it was an awful drive but Gary had his daughter collect the car from a previous hire in Edinburgh and drive it the 130 miles to Inverness, whereby Gary intercepted and collected my car to transport it to his own garages for repairs. My vehicle was ready in two days. The vehicle provided by Gary was an immaculate Discovery 4 , only 2 years old.Myself and family were able to continue our holiday because of the outstanding service provided by Gary and his company, Aberdeen 4x4. Many thanks from myself and my family.

Rented a car recently to see some tourist spots with my friends. Staff was really helpful and cheery! 10/10. When they come back up next month, we’ll definitely use them again.

An absolutely effortless renting experience and really made our Scottish vacation extra special. He had a driver waiting for us with the car at the train station and was quick with responding to any questions we had before and during our trip. Will be renting from Gary and crew again for sure.

I really can't rate this company highly enough! They are super professional, have exceptional cars, makes the renting and returning super easy by coming to the airport to drop off and collect. They are VERY responsive to every question you ask, before and during the trip. They really made our Scotland road trip, a dream come true! i found them very hard to deal with..was over charged without my consent,,had to call to get a refund,,,which i never received the full amount,,i have since hired the same car from a company in england and i was £570 cheaper and treated with respect.........you have been warned.

We rented a Range Rover Vogue from Aberdeen 4x4 for a few days.Found them very professional to deal with and would absolutely use them again when back in Aberdeen.

Found Aberdeen 4x4 on Google, and from the first contact, found that Gary was extremely helpful. Decided on a Discovery 4 to ensure any rogue weather was easily beaten. Keith (Drop-Off Driver) was standing in Arrivals at Inverness as discussed, and a short walk to the car park and after a short handover I jumped into an immaculately presented vehicle. Very little hassle and left the airport a lot quicker than I would have done with some of the main rental companies. Drop-off at Aberdeen was extremely straightforward and the final invoice / receipt arrived at my home address almost before I did. Would absolutely consider using again both in Winter and Summer, the service is absolutely second to none. Thank you!
