Bought a bracelet during their Black Friday sale (well after) through Instagram and the gentleman who dealt with my order was nothing but helpful and made the whole process so smooth. I placed my order a few days after the Black Friday sale and Nashad promised me a discount and didn’t go back on his word! I received my order the next working day too - exceptional service from this store and team. I was a bit sceptical at first as I was placing the order via Instagram without visiting the store but the bracelet was genuine with the hallmark markings. Thank you Nashad and team for your exceptional customer service! Will definitely be placing orders in future with this business!

I needed to have my wedding rings enlarged and my sister-in-law recommended Nashad Jewellers. The staff were very polite and helpful and did a superb job for free. My rings now fit perfectly. A big thank you to my sister-in-law and Nashad Jewellers! Will definitely go there again and recommend to everyone.

I had gone to Nashad Jewellers to buy a bracelet, ended up buying two. The Jewellery overall is gorgeous and good quality, with the latest designs. The customer service was amazing, the one who had been serving us, had substantial amount of knowledge about the Jewellery. He was very lively and friendly. On top of all this, he was very honest with the information he was providing us. I forgot to ask him for his name, but I would definitely recommend this shop.

Been a customer for years and wanted a bracelet for my 18th, something similar to the VanCleaf but not that exact type, got a quick recommendation of a similar flower bracelet and loved it but it was quite big and wanted the flowers closer together - the staff managed to do this for me in a short amount of the time, it was done with a lot of care and to how I wanted it, with my family also pleased with it, the bracelet looks perfect - would highly recommend Nashad Jewellers!

If I had to count on one hand how many times I have visited Nashad Jewellers within the past few months it would be impossible! The use of social media platforms like Tikok and Instagram alongside their website are such a convenience as it allows me to view their products, so I know exactly what I am looking for when I go in-store. I visited Nashad jewellers today with my dad and was helped by a lovely gentlemen, I forgot his name but I remember he said he was from Peshawar. I visited following seeing a gold ring I liked the design of via your tiktok/ Instagram platforms. This was my first time purchasing gold for myself, and I had a really good experience. Very good customer service and would definitely come back again in future in sha Allah.

Sold some gold to these Jewellers, first jeweller we went to and they were excellent especially Nashad, customer service was amazing and very honest. He did ask to look around before we decided to sell but at the end of the day came back to him. Best rates! Definitely will be going back again!

I went to buy a ring today and very good service from khyba brother, this was my first time visiting their shop and I absolutely loved the way they treated me with so much love and respect and not to mention the discount they gave.
