Trying to get through on the phone to speak to someone, getting cut off or hanging up after 30 minutes of dialing. When the wait is supposed to be 5 minutes.

Este o companie cu o deservire proastă. Cu toate ca nu avea nimic la descărcare mau ținut de la 10.00 pana la 16.30 în drum. La ei muncitorul de pe stivuitor le spune în oficiu cum trebuie sa lucreze.

The absolute WORST customer service. Good luck if you ever have any issues. They don't care about their customers, or products. All they care for is to grab as much of your money as possible while their subpar products break down.

My 12 year old Worcester Bosch boiler broke down, however, one call to Bosch was enough to arrange a visit from one of their technicians. The appointment was only two days wait and the technician who attended was very efficient. The boiler was updated and repaired to the latest standard.I fully recommend this product and service.
