We had a very negative experience as a buyer from the Druce. Like reviews on other sites, the manager was an arrogant bully, who would shout (mostly at my wife when she had the misfortune to speak to him), threaten to put the property back on the market regularly, and even hung up the phone on one occasion; very unprofessional.He obviously has a clear idea that the best way to sell a property is to bully the seller, which, ironically delayed the process, and if a similar property had become available through a different agent, we would have jumped ship at the first opportunity so as not to have had to deal with him.I like small, independently owned business and support them whenever I can, but what should be a strength of local knowledge and personalised service, was his biggest weakness. Just for the record, we completed in 7 weeks, were good buyers, and I gave the manager the opportunity to apologise - he shouted get out of my shop!

Darryl as a professional represents very little - rude and bullying behaviour as well as encourages unethical decision making. Two other agents involved in the chain and everyone was taken back by his lack of professionalism, aggressive and sly approach. Terrible.
