My first time having a hot stone massage and it was beautifully restorative. I arrived with a lot of tension and left feeling relaxed and taken care of. Lisa created a warm, welcoming environment and took the time to understand my specific issues. The trigger point release was particularly helpful to address some ongoing neck pain. I will definitely be returning!

Lisa's space is warm and welcoming, and her process and treatment were great. She is really good and pinpointing your problem areas, but can also offer a more relaxing massage, depending on what you're after- I'll definitely be going back.

I would so highly recommend Lisa! She is intuitive and thoughtful in her approach and that meant she really pinpointed the trouble with my shoulder, which so many previous practitioners hadn't. Her massage was superb - especially the hot stones!

Lisa is a wonderful message therapist, she is welcoming, friendly and professional the whole experience from start to finish was tranquil. Lisa took the time to listen to my concerns and asked all the right questions she worked on a particular area which has been giving me trouble, I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, I’m so pleased I found Lisa and I am looking forward to our next session.

I went for a massage with Lisa on Saturday and it was such a relaxing experience. The massage itself was full body but really focused on my areas of need (shoulders / neck etc) and I definitely feel looser after the massage. I highly recommend Lisa.

Lisa is extremely knowledgeable and skilled, I would highly recommend her. She knew exactly how to proceed with the shoulder/neck injury I described and it felt noticeably different, in-fact pain free, immediately after the treatment. I will continue to use Lisa regularly.

Lisa took careful attention when considering my complex chronic pain issues and very intuitively assessed how my body might be supported during our sessions. The trigger point therapy has been really helpful in releasing a lot of tension that builds up around my neck and shoulders, and the hot stones are such a luxurious addition to the treatment. They feel so incredible, and the way in which Lisa works them throughout the musculature gives such a beautiful sensation of melting – it's safe to say i wish for them to never end!
