Living in Sydney Australia, I have found it really hard to get great quality hair or good service. I ordered the Deluxe Brazilian hair extensions and also had them dyed ombré/balayage. The result was amazing, the quality of hair fantastic and the service from Huguette was so professional, she kept me updated every step of the way and my extensions arrived in record time. I cannot fault this place for the quality of products and service delivery. I will not order from anywhere else in future!

BEWARE. This lady is running on a scam. I was sent a video of a blonde wig, which was reduced however was sent a light chocolate brown wig. I have photo evidence which shall attempt to attach. I sent an Uber to collect from her home and bring to me , the second I received I asked for a refund but she refused. Her pictures are false so you pay the money, once she receives she will keep your money. I called her 20 minutes after the Uber dropped the unit off. So you can only imagine what she does to other clients who she ships off to and receive days later. Her daughter then spoke to me and threatened me if I left a review. It seems run by thugs. I’m going to contact my bank as well as a lawyer so she does not get away with her scam and so this does not happen to other people. I paid £275 few hours ago , received the wig just now and as she knows what she is doing and it is calculated scam , refuses to refund and blocks. Beware a person who does this, operates on false advertising to get funds. But I legally she is not allowed to do this. Will consult my lawyer. People have rights to not be missold and luckily everything is on whatsapp. UPDATE TO RESPONSE to fool the public : this liar of a thief sent me a video of a blonde wig yet delivered a BROWN wig then refused a refund , put her daughter on the phone to threaten me, blocked me from 2 contact numbers refusing to give money back, I contacted a lawyer who says this is illegal as goods must match description. She then sent me a text the next morning saying she would refund me only if I take the review down which I will not out of principle so this does not happen to innocent people she also scams then threatens with her thug daughter. I have been busy but will find out how to attach photo so people can see the laughable scam that she claimed is lighting - the wig sent is PURE CHOCOLATE BROWN . The wig in the video is YELLOW !!! According then to lighting guys if you buy a brown wig you could end up with a black one sent to you and guess what this fraudster will not refund you. She has written this to save her skin. But once I can attach pics people will know the scam you operate. Disgusting you take advantage of innocent people at such a hard time. My lawyer will be in touch as you should not be allowed to operate a fraudulent business. Please be careful guys as I’ve noticed she’s probably asked a family member to write her a good review below. Be weary of giving away your hard earnt money with dire risk of being sent a different wig then no refund.

I have been buying hair units and hair extensions from this lovely lady for a few years now. I've never met her in person but her service is excellent. The prices for me is reasonable considering the quality of the hair and the service she offers. The products is always true to the pictures you see online. I personally wanted to add a review based on my experiences. If I'm ever stuck I can always guarantee I can contact hugette and select a nice unit or extensions and get quality.. I'm currently sporting a natrual hair unit ..let's just say that on this occasion it's even better than the actual photos..I would personally recommend her based on my experiences ..
