I found the staff really helpful and they couldn't do enough for me. However, the products that they are selling are very poor. The copper push fit elbow leaked off the bat so i had to replace all the piping as they were too short, the inlet valve that come with the cistern was faulty so that was replaced which then subsequently didn't seal properly on the 90deg isolator valve which then ended up stripping the thread trying to tighten it. The cistern was all chipped on the inside, the cistern button broke within 2 flushes. Would I go there again? No probably not.

I'm not a plumber so I needed advice! (Toilet bowl replacement and needed to match the existing cystern which butted up to it).It took me three visits in the end.... because of my inexperience I kept finding another knackered seal or small leak!!The staff were excellent and with good humour helped me through the project.Many thanks !

Went for an interview told them I had a heart condition. Didn’t even have the courtesy to let me know if I had the job or not maybe I’ll get a reply once this hits the Internet. Not even worth one star but had to do it to be recognised as a feedback

Disappointing to say the least , neded a tap valve Saturday , arrived the same time as another man , door locked , people inside who saw us looking , we assumed controlling foot flow . Finally somebody opened the door , we were abruptly told they hadn't been open since covid . Undesrstandable , but no mention on the web site or door , which still gave opening hours including Saturday ! Another arrived as we drove off , all three of us ended up at City Plumbing across the road , who were very helpful .
