Phoenix security in Belfast has a bad name but I was curious to try it. First impressions everything doesn't seem right, disaster. The application form on Google comes up flagged with a red triangle saying not secure not to share any personal information. I started my shift at 7pm not one person was there to greet me n explain anything to me. I called the area manager he said I was working solo from 7-11 but I was originally told there was 3 of us on. This was getting worse but I worked on n finished my shift at 3am. Payslip came in n I was shocked, livid the hourly rate was £8 n I was told £9.79 per hour. Not only was the wage short phoenix took £24.40 of me for nothing, £14.40 of that according too them was for tax for 8hours work this is unacceptable n I'll not be back anywhere near this company. I highly do not recommend this company. Even on the website the contact n tabs do not work it shows red (ERROR). The complaints link doesn't even work embarrassing.
