Ordered a product on the 7th it was posted on the 7th of August it's 16th of August and still no post I've not seen a post man they must be sat at home opening the postIt is the 17th of August still no parcelTracking number: NZ012921338GB it's getting to a point that I'm thinking of using ups or dpd to post my mail and get it deliveredVery bad service can't contact royal mail in Leeds by phone we pay for a 1st class stamp and it comes in the afternoon 2nd class stamp it comes 3-4 days later in the afternoonGone are the days when the post was on your doorstep between 6-7 am for 1st class and 2nd class came round 12 in the afternoon the same dayRoyal mail is privatised and not part of the British government so they should take the word Royal of there letter head and call them self UK mail

And give you a pole with your service because you can't bring stuff back on time

They said the strike was on 9th and 11th of December, but in 14th they also closed.

Very quick and kind service.

Came here, on the 3rd of July, to pick up a few parcels and left gobsmacked with the customer service. The tall gentleman with dark hair and tattoos was very rude and after a misunderstanding from his part with the address, still nothing. Not even a thank you, goodbye or have a nice day.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I like it.

A great place to drop off your package and letters

Rubbish customer service, rude, lazy staff, extremely unhelpful and won’t use Royal Mail again.They lie about your package being delivered when its not. Staff would gas light you to wait for 2 weeks of the already lost parcel. It was only declared lost after the 4th week of investigation.Also please lookout for their very productive 2 hour window opening time.
