I would not recommend them. I used them recently to sell my house and there was nothing but issues. They didn't make note for any important information I had made clear to be passed on to prospective buyers and don't communicate within their own team.Shane was lovely to deal with hence the 2 starts.

CPS Belfast dealt with the house sale in a professional, efficient and friendly manner. The sale was agreed within a week. Nothing was too much bother and they made everything hassle free. Emails were replied to promptly, sometimes well outside of normal working hours. They went above and beyond to help make sure everything was in order for the sale to progress quickly. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
