I would like to say one of the lawyers helped me alot I saw him about 4 times. He tried his level best to help me. He told me as this case was difficult as the DWP did not to listen to what I went through domestic violence which impacted me for my appeal. He wrote a letter stating that as well to them he told me that he wrote to my GP to get letter regarding this.

I'm shocked and totally dismayed how rude , racist and arrogant Annie Campbell and absolutly useless Mr Cassim is, their primary concern is the government , fund after the Grenfell tragedy they try everything working for the community , what hypocrisy before the tragedy they failed helping the community!

I was referred by Greenwich university law centre and I had to wait 1 month just to speak with a solicitor over the phone, finally I managed to speak with mr Franck kingala, I was advised by him to send the information via email which I did on the same day 15/2/2021. I was told by Franck kingala that he was extremely busy due to staff members leaving - which is nothing to do with me. 3 weeks went by and I did not hear anything from anyone, 0 communication although during the initial conversation I was told that he will send a confirmation of receipt of my emails which he did not do and also said we would have a consultation on Microsoft teams. From that point I did not hear anything so I had sent a follow up email on 08/03/2021, I did not get any receipt of my email, I forwarded the same email on 10/03/2021 and then called into the centre to see if I could get an update. When i called the receptionist Lola bellieni was incredibly rude and patronising and seemed she did not want to assist in the matter. She then said she would get back in touch once she had spoken to Franck later that day, she did not. I then received a letter via email brushing me off and stating incorrect facts saying they cannot help me with my challenge. I called back to speak about the letter with Franck and the same receptionist Lola answered the phone, once she knew it was me she became very stoic and said I could not speak to Franck, I put my wife on the phone and she managed to get Lola to put us through, I spoke to Franck about the discrepancies in the letter and he nonchalantly apologised. I do not feel that my case was looked into as if I did not get in touch to find out what was happening nothing would have been done and all Franck did was take points from information I’ve sent him, copy them onto another letter and send it back to me to brush me off. Very unprofessional and would not recommend. I do not want any response apologising, do not try to make it look good online.

Terrible service, they are unprofessional.They try to avoid appointments by saying that the first contact is by email.I had to chase twice the employment solicitor to get the first answer.When he replied, firstly he tried to pass the buck to the Citizen Advise Bureau.Then he wrote I am the only employment adviser here and work part time. We get enquiries from all over London and can only give email guidance to many but try to be helpful".Finally he did not answered to my email.If you have a real problem

The Solicitor tried phoning me once on a Monday with a no number identification, my phone automatically dejected the call and so she left voicemail that she call again the following week and I was desperate for I had been served notice before the week ends. I was dismayed.

Would not recommend services of these ‘highly experienced immigration solicitors’ to my worst enemy.We had to wait almost a month for our appointment for an advice on getting a citizenship for our baby and, as a result, got no help at all. The solicitor that was supposed to advice us, Cassim Yacoobali, was absolutely unprofessional, showed a lack of good manners, seemed unsupportive and lazy to actually try to find a way to help us. All we were told in our appointment was everything we knew already and then he spent the time showing us on how to register ourselves in the settlement scheme, as if we had no idea how to use a computer. Because I mentioned that I am unsure if the insurance I have was right, I was lectured on how tax system works, this felt judgemental and untrustworthy...We were charged before our appointment started, probably because they already knew that it would be painful to pay for services this poor.The ladies working at the reception were very friendly and helpful.All in all, I was hoping to work with a solicitor that would really try to help us out and give a valid advice rather than waste my family’s time, but oh well, that’s Cassim for you.
