SAVED ME MONEYI was unaware I was paying more then I signed up for and I got call regarding my contract which I am currently acquiring higher data for less then I was paying in my old contract.Thank you!☺️

Called on behalf of 02, said my contract was up for renewal. I said I do not want an upgrade or a contract and will go with pay monthly sim only. 6 months later I get an email saying my plan had doubled in price and I was in a contract for 36 months!!!!!!!!!Will be speaking to CISAS

They said my contract was up for renewal and was from o2. I didn't agree to their services and they somehow got my pac code and transferred my number to another service. When i called numerous times asking for my pac code and to cancel the service that i didn't agree too, they wouldn't give it to me and asked me to pay to get it. This happened for over 3 weeks and during this period i had to speak to rude staff ending the call on me and saying they would give me a call back when they never did. THIS COMPANY WILL SCAM YOU, STAY AWAY!!!

Better one, just have go through their cold calling they offer the best deal just thing is they take much data so just keep your data ready and provide when asked because if you dont provide they keep on calling but they are authentic one .Havent faced any problem about their contract they saved me from paying high pounds

I would have given a one star if I could. Never really had a problem until I wanted to leave. Can’t send emails as they keep showing up as errors try later. Try and talk to someone on the phone, who is probably watching tv at home and really doesn’t sound as if they are engaged with you. Called twice in the same day and no records of my calls were made so had to say the whole story again. My problem after a week is still not sorted out!!!! There customer services really need looking at as they are very rude. I really would like an answer back fromSomeone. I don’t have time to be on the phone everyday waiting for 1/2 hour then when they do pick up the phone I’m not speaking to the right department, I do have a job!!! Poor

Stop lying to vulnerable people. Saying they can't cancel without a fee within cooling off period. This is not true or legal. Scumbags

the best service, every upgrade gets cheaper for me even if the networks are bumping up their pricesthey are good to their customers and i will continue to upgrade through clear vision - kind staff

Terrible experience! I was sold a contract that increases in cost every month, and I'm stuck with them for two long years. Their customer service is severely lacking in real support. I hope they face financial trouble before they get the chance to sign up more people. This has been my worst experience ever. If I could I would rate them 0 stars!

DO NOT use this company., they are THIFT, They are spam. They took my number from o2 and 3 days after I realise that they were not o2 I ask to cancle my account. They refusing and asking me to pay £150 for cancellation fee. Very unprofessional people who hang up the phone on me, over 4 weeks I am asking for my account to be cancle and go back to 02.I WISH THEIR WAS AN OPTION FOR ZERO STAR RATEING. ALL THE 5 STARS RATEING ARE NOT GENUINE..PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY.I am now taking legal action.. And requested a SAR report and the communication OMBUDSMAN involved.
