Went website and paid 99 pounds to reserve one Honda for 24 hours. Next day midday I contacted the salesman that I want to pay the deposit and buy the car. No reply until 16:01 (the store closes at 16:00) and he said the car was sold that afternoon. I tried to figure out what happened and of course cannot find anyone. No explain, no sorry, not a word. And after 4 weeks they are still holding my 99 pounds reserve fee...That Honda is a very popular model and I can understand that 99 pounds is not a commitment. But please treat it in a more professional way and at least explain to your customer.

Excellent service provided from Reception to Naz the car sales assistant. He has made the whole experience brilliant. His attitude and humor towards us made my day, he handled the whole procedure with ease and flow. My social interactions were lacking, but this experience did make me want to go back there. Naz's knowledge about the cars and motability was second to none, no questions were unanswered. Handled the adaptions professionally and kept us up to date throughout. Upon collecting the car he made sure I knew everything about the controlled and he set up the phone connection too. He has truly made the experience outstanding. We were a bit anxious about buying a car from a dealer as we usually purchase our vehicles privately. However, with Stan Palmer we felt like we were in good hands. Joe, who dealt with us, patiently answered all our queries and was very attentive to all of the details. We were especially delighted with the year warranty cover too.We did, however, have some concerns about the car some weeks after purchasing it but felt confident that things would be sorted.
