Not a great experience but not entirely Kia Parts Direct fault… small item was eventually shipped, but DHL wont issue the ‘claim code’.. No way to contact Kia Parts Direct to try and sort the issue out, as they have no advertised phone number or email address, and DHL wont respond to my emails.Thankfully, paid for the item on Credit card, so it looks like I’ll have no choice but to go down a chargeback option.

Delivery in 3 business days or they will notify you? It's now the 5th business day and the carriers haven't even got the goods yet. No explanation either. It's only a pair of wiper blades - it's not exactly rare!

Good service for parts, however it is cheaper to collect if you live in the area. If you live North of Renfrew you will be deemed to be in the HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS by their carriers DPD who charge more than double the local amount.

Ordered 3 items. All arrived separately over the space of a week. Bit of a pain waiting in until I found out DPD can drop off at a local store. Would have been nice to have informed that they were not going to be shipped together. When the first arrived I thought the other two were missing / lost.
