Franchise Costa chain outlet. Staff are always helpful. Very popular. Everything is kept clean but some of the soft furnishings are showing wear. Cushions need a refresh. During COVID all rules were strictly followed.

They don’t do the meal deals here - through the choice of the franchisee which is a bit disappoint - none the less, it’s a decent place to pop in for a coffee

First time sitting in since covid restrictions lifted.Hygiene station as you go on, track and trace on table which was checked by staff.Very clean.Great coffee and a heated cinnamon brioche.It was great to be back!

Supposed to be open till 6:30 (Alloa store) and at 6:10 it was closed, lights off, no one to be seen.

Ordered 2 X oat milk flat white coffees and was charged £7.95 for almost cold coffee! Queried the cost and was told charged extra for oat milk!. No sweetener available also! Will not be back.

Placed on the main drag and in a nice spot to sit outside when the weather permits. Nice coffee and staff but the outside spot is filthy. The floor beneath the tables has not been washed for ages. Large coffee stains everywhere. Staff need to wash the pavement before putting the tables out to make it look decent.
