Went in here with a bag of washing a few years ago where the guy picked up the bag and guessed the weight? £10 and 4 hours later my washing was done. The place looks like a throwback from the seventies but to be fair get a the job done .

Finding a good launderette that does quick and neatly folded service washes is a rare find since Covid closed a lot of ‘em. It takes me two buses to get here, but it’s worth it. Very efficient and friendly service. Not cheap, but nothing is these days, and when you add up all the energy costs of doing it yourself at home plus the soap, etc, I’d say the price of £14.70 for quite a bit of laundry is pretty fair. Highly recommended.

Got there at 16:20 today and was told no more drying. IF I'd I got there within the last half hour then wouldn't have said anything but that's poor. Poor customer service.

I use the Launderette at least 3 times a week for service wash and dries.Cannot say enough how fantastic the service is there,Tracie especially is so helpful.Since using the launderette I haven’t had to iron a thing as my clothes are folded with care and I’m able to put them away easily.Opening hours are good and I know if needed collections and deliveries are available.5 star!

About 3 weeks ago 6 heavy bags of washing come to £54 no issues there. Yesterday partner picked up 4 bags which had 2 King size quilts, 1 double quilt, 2 single blankets and a large blanket. On arrival you admitted to melting a quilt and charged £104 which is a joke. Not only half the weight but double the price and melted a quilt. Personally I would have left them there and not paid as its cheaper to buy brand new but my partber not liking difficult situations felt awkward. Hoping there's some sort of agreement we can come to because this isn't acceptable. Look forward to hearing your response.Ryan

Went at 10.45 a few Sundays ago... was not open. And I was not happy.A month later.... have found opening hours info is being kept a bit more up to date now. This is really important to customers!As other reviews have said, staff are def really friendly and helpful.
