Copyworld

So to begin with the machine in the shop wasn't compatible with my phone so had to upload each image separately through Bluetooth.I had my two year old daughter with me as I had no one to keep an eye on her for me but was important I got these photos for the next day as it was for a big present I was making for my dads 60th birthday. As two year olds do from time to time she begun to have a tantrum and tried to manage it best I could while uploading the pictures. Then the machine froze and all the pictures I uploaded were wiped. The woman in the shop seemed so helpful.. She was understanding of the way my daughter was getting frustrated explaining how she had children herself. She told me come tomorrow morning doors open at 9 she will get it sorted get someone to look after the little one so you can come down... 9am Saturday morning I'm there on the dot already cutting it so close time wise pressure was on... 9:15am... Still shutters closed I make my way to the cafe and the sewing shop and ask them what time copyworld opens. They both said its not open on Saturdays.. I'm honestly livid. Walked from the shop up to the Abbey Centre into boots were I plugged my phone into the photo machine and just like that worked without having to send single photos at a time through Bluetooth. On a side note seemed like anyone who came into copyworld behind me were turned away as their requests to have things copied etc were too big to copy" item was no larger then A3... Seems lacking in resources and competence. Will never be going back ever again. If I could give less than one star I would."

Needed a few documents printed out , walked in, explained what it was I was in for . Was gruffly told that the printers over there . Other than that , it was a case of , basically, your on your own son. Little disclaimer on top of the printer saying because of covid and copyworld being understaffed , they can no longer assist customers with the printing of things.After connecting to their printer from My phone , In the end I was unable to print the documents out, . I have little experience of printing files from my phone, unfortunately the type of file I was needing printed, wouldn't allow me to share with the printer in the shop. At least I couldn't figure out if it was possible. I had worked out how to print Other types of file, but since the other files were not the ones I needed , that was no good to me .In the end, i just walked out of the shop after about five minutes of standing in full view of the two lazy , unobliging, unconsientious, members of staff . Who offered zero help. They quite clearly seen that I was having difficulty. They just chose to offer no assistance . What Really great people . Top marks.My advice . Don't go near the place , I'll never be back in copyworld . Discusted is an understatement . I'm sure if I had of been in, to get something more profitable printed out , there would have been a lot me help offered .

Couldn't get emails printed in black and white as it's self service and I don't know how to provide myself the service. Sign and staff say not to ask for help as there is not enough staff.

Very efficient, very helpful. Printed out a tender for me to exact specifications and to precise timing. Even made helpful suggestions for how it could be improved in appearance. Excellent service.

Bought a print on Etsy and I emailed to ask about the price and they couldn’t have been nicer or more responsive. Mailed back straight away a price and said I could attach as a file and then collect. Fantastic service. Great price point. Many thanks.
