I went to this tyre shop and was provided with excellent customer care, professionalism and was welcomed so nicely.They gave me a choice between two different tyres, whether i wanted a good tyre in which i was told about and was also offered a good price. I was also told about brand new tyre and was asked which one i wanted which i found very comforting as i was given my own choice. They told me how long it would have to take without me having to ask as i lived very far and i had to be home quickly which shows they’re understanding.i asked them questions regarding my car and they gave me answers to all my questions as well as telling me how it can affect me in the long run or benefit me. The workers there had told me that apart from my tyre, there are other things which may damage my car; they can fix it for me or i can come at another time.The care and service which was provided was very heartwarming and comforting. I travel from dagenham to this tyre shop with no hesitation or worry and would recommend everyone to go to this shop!Thank you to the owner and Yaseen

I have been coming here for over 10 years with one particular mechanic and I had changed my shocks, my brake pads and disc and all my tyres changed and it’s been over 2 months and had no problems, no noise whatsoever and the car has been driving very smoothly, if you have a Hybrid Car I’ll definitely recommend this place. The price is all negotiable and understandable and hasn’t changed for all the years Ive been coming here.

Terrible Experience at this Tyre ShopI recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this tyre shop that I feel compelled to share. The owner's unwelcoming demeanor, dishonesty, and lack of professionalism left me thoroughly dissatisfied with their services.First and foremost, the owner's lack of friendliness and courtesy was evident from the moment I walked in. Instead of greeting me with a welcoming smile or providing any form of customer service, the owner seemed disinterested and unhelpful throughout the entire process.To make matters worse, the shop installed a visibly worn-out tyre on my vehicle without informing me that it was below the legal limit. It wasn't until I raised concerns about the condition of the tyre that they reluctantly admitted it was close to the limit. This lack of transparency and attempt to pass off substandard merchandise as acceptable is completely unacceptable.When I refused to accept the faulty tyre and demanded a proper replacement, the owner shifted blame onto me, claiming that it was my responsibility to check the tyre myself. As a customer, I have every right to expect the shop to uphold their duty to provide safe and reliable products. It is their responsibility to ensure that the tyres they install meet legal requirements and are in good condition.Adding insult to injury, the owner initially insisted that they had no tyres available in my size. However, miraculously, they suddenly found" another one but significantly increased the price. This blatant attempt to take advantage of my situation and inflate prices is dishonest and unethical.To top it all off

Unprofessional and unreliable, bunch of village idiots who barely can string a sentence together. Their prices fluctuate depending how easily they believe they can con you or how low your experience is. They are not those that keep to their words. Avoid, pay that £5 more and go to somewhere more established.

extremely unprofessional. They change their prices and make up random prices. On the phone the employee told me the total would cost £30, i get there and he asks for £60. I do not recommend this at all.

Always an excellent service. I Have used A&B tyres many times. Always has stock, provides professional service at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.
