Used to be excellent but fish now delivered soaked in oil.Even more significantly they did not respond to courteous constructive emails or take a phone call

They seem to have been taken over by someone else..Chips not as nice (hard and crunchy).Gf Fish didn't seem to have the same batter...Might give them another chance next week...

Same quality as most other places at double the price, taking advantage of the more affluent area. Last few visits got me a front row seat to an employee arguing with a delivery driver.

Gone down hill.. Was a regular customer due quality of food and generous portion sizes. Last visit uneatable meals, smaller portions.. I took it back and was refused to be refunded and frankly they did not seem to care... One family that won't be going back EVER..

Just bought myself and my mum some medium cod’s from here this evening and was appalled by the amount of batter and lack of cod. Was disgusting and swimming in oil. To be totally honest it was shocking. Wont be buying from here ever again and that’s a shame as I’ve always thought this was the best place for fish and chips in St Albans

Disappointing everytime and to be now told that the `Vegan Option` touted is fried in the same oil as everythign else is a joke.Expensive, oily and liars...Avoid at all costs.
