An excellent service from Mac, quickly understood and explained the problem and gave me an accurate quote and time for the repair. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service and extremely professional. I took my broken Mac in the morning, the problem was identified and a quote given in less than 30 minutes. They fortunately had the parts in stock. I had a phone call later in the day to say it was fixed. I was given a demonstration of it working, paid and left. Very polite and competent staff with no Techi chat. Deffinitely a GoTo company for your IT Repairs.

I cannot recommend IT-repairs highly enough. Recently my iMac developed a fault with the memory which led to a complete failure of the system. The device was unresponsive which meant that repair was beyond my capabilities.A phone call to IT-repairs and I was soon talking to Maciej who could provide a probable explanation from the description I gave him. Really professional and responsive service. Mac was really quick to resolve the problems with my iMac after it had really slowed down and when I had to go back and have the mic looked at, he sorted it out really promptly. Highly recommended!

IT repairs, specifically Mac, who works there, was recommended to me by another IT company in Hereford. Mac helped me with a 2019 iMac, which was running painfully slow, and completely unusable. He replaced the hard drive with a new SSD drive, and upgraded the memory. The iMac is now fantastic... it works better than when new, and is incredibly fast. Amazing service from IT repairs and Mac who works there. Highly recomended for Apple repairs.

Highly Recommended! Took in my old MacBook with a charging port problem at 10am. They took it in straight away. They were unsure if they could get the part but would first make sure that was the issue. Had a phone call at 5pm to say it is fixed but they wanted to run tests overnight just to be sure. By 9.30am the next day they called to say all is working fine. Such superb service -difficult to get these days.
