Hair Masters

Always been okay with one particular hairdresser and I was with another today. All I was having was my undercut shaved and usually I have my hair pinned back fully and my head shaved evenly. The hairdresser I had didn't put the effort in to tie my hair up properly and ended up shaving chunks of my hair off which I found everywhere when I got home (from removing my bun) really not happy and upset that it looks bald in places.

Teddy's 1st Hair Cut!I asked locally for recommendations from other parents, and 3 different people recommended Lucy at Hair Masters. I can see why! She was so patient with Teddy, suggested ways to make him comfortable and distracted, then snipped away at just the right moments. I was quite nervous about letting anyone near my son with scissors (he's a grabber), but Lucy knew exactly what she was doing and he was all trimmed in no time! We will be back soon enough and will continue to shout about our amazing experience from the rooftops! Thank you so much!P.S. it's a small outfit and you will probably get the answer phone most times when you ring, but they always ring you back.

I used to go to this hairdresser and i had a few haircuts that were ok but I had one haircut that was so awful I had people genuinely asking me what it was in aid of (which charity).I had long hair that I had asked to be a long bob, I specifically said that i didn't want a bob and to not cut the front of my hair. Unfortunately the hairdresser gave me the shortest bob ive ever seen (above jaw line - clearly a very short bob not a lob).I think i could tell that she knew it looked bad but we seemed to both be unsure of what to say. I was in shock and anxious, so i just paid and left. It most of a year and a different hairdresser to fix this.This post is more for constructive criticism, if you think the cut is bad maybe ask if they're happy with it but mostly listening to the request of the client. My instructions were quite clear, so possibly better listening or clarification of customer request?Unfortunately, I won't be be going back.

Great place to get a hair cut. Lovely, professional and you get a peefect haircut that you want.
