I had an issue with my student discount which didn't seem to work.the manager and one of the O2 guys working there have been very helpful. .they were so kind that they were closing the shop down, and since we weren't finished yet they let me stay in and sort my problem.Very much appreciate their hard work .Thank you

Fast and efficient service even on busy days. Great coverage through out London. Would recommend to not use 4G data and use 3G instead, as whilst roaming on 4G reception was unbearably slow.

Worst customer service experience!2 colleagues talking amongst each other with no help provided until one of them suggested to serve us. Can't even see the back of any phone because they say you might steal it. Absolutely outrageous to spend so much on a phone that you can't even see the back of.Never again

Excellent place to buy your phone or Sim card. Queue can be long but once you are being served you get very good service from the staff. Very friendly and helpful manageress. Precise explanation. Highly recommended place.

My husband and I had Davis install a sim card in our phone with pay as you go and europe roaming. Davis gave excellent customer service. He patiently went through the setup of the phone and made sure it all worked before we left the shop. All Travelers to Europe should stop here first!

Poor customer service. 4th o2 shop visited and still couldn't access my rewards. A 'nothing we can do' attitude'. Wasn't until I made suggestions that CS operative attempted to assist.

Been in here before had no issues. On this occasion a very unhelpful female member of staff just blankly said sorry I can't help you at the moment the systems are down. No sorry the systems are down we will be a lr to help you with you queries as soon as the systems are back up. Just very rude and unhelpful

Last week, I come to 02 Shop London to get my number so I could use my phone at LondonThe price for the services is quite cheap compared to another providerThe salesperson here is also friendly, she told me everything about how to use 02. I do love it. Recommended!!!
