Why did you guys leave all your water bottles by the edge of the river? Maybe you want to row in a river of plastic? Are you strong in the arm, but weak in the head?

I am not sure why my experience was so bad, the coffee and the location was lovely but everything went downhill after that. The apple strudel was dry and stale, the egg from the egg and avocado was cold and the bread was stale and dry, literally unedible, and the staff felt like doing you a favour by serving you. Very disappointed as it is just a beautiful location. Sadly wont be back to be overcharged.

Better customer service than anywhere else I can think of locally. The staff are alert, professional and welcoming. Very little waiting time even when busy. The food was excellent, the menu simple but well executed. The coffee exceptional.

Good customer service however I feel far too expensive, no extra details to food to make it a little more special for the money. There were cobwebs on window cill where we sat. Also, one of the waitresses dropped a piece of carrot cake, picked it up and served to customer... NOT GOOD!

Great place of rowing. Would thoroughly recommend although slightly dissapointed by the cross wind today, I am assured that this will be changing shortly however. Cafe is a great addition with good food, as long as one is prepared to receive their 2 slices of toast on top of each other rather than side by side. All in all, top notch banter and quality river antics on offer to be enjoyed by all.

This was a totally new place to me. I knew that the boat club was here, but I wasn't aware that there was a cafe, (open to the public), on the same site. Nice carrot cake and tea.
