NEVER BUY DOORS FROM THIS COMPANY.I ordered 7 doors from their suppliers door supplies online and rest 5 form another company. Doors are really poor quality. Out of that 1 door was completely faded and they refused to do quality check or replace. I have taken this matter to citizen advice bureau and to my bank for dispute.

I ordered fully finished door from Deanta Distributer- Doors2Floors before Xmas had delivery 11/1/23 it was well packaged and no damage to the packaging however when I opened it up door was damaged in 6 places. However the door was not unpacked until the 17/1/23 as I had no reason to believe it would be in a bad state. I waited until the day Carpenter was booked and was disappointed at the damage revealed. The seller refused to help as reported 7 days later and delivery pod was signed and damage not reported. He told me to contact Deanta who refused to speak to me. I now have reason to believe the door was not damaged in transit but it was either poor quality control or deliberate shipping of a defective product as the packaging was good and wrapped well. That's £270 wasted I can't use this door for my clinic and am left in a bad situation. Please don't use this company or make sure you check the door on arrival even if packaging looks OK.

if very poor service had a name it would be called Deanta UK Ltd. Significantly delayed my items and then contacted me out of the blue blaming me for the delay, I've never seen anything like it. No apology no explanation whatsoever and lied on top of it.

Doors are rubbish quality. Most of my urban doors arrived chipped and damaged.Deante not interested once they have the sale..Terrible quality and overpriced. Customer service shocking!!!!Contacted my supplier but they insisted Deante wouldn’t help and recommend that I paint the chipped doors!!! Not even 4 months old.

Awful quality product with the internal glazed doors. Large painted on safety mark on every glazed panel in uneven and messy bright white lettering, this will not come off and completely ruins the look of the door. Very poor service throughout from Deanta when trying to resolve the issue. A complete lack of care with the finish of product. Avoid and shop elsewhere, these don’t seem to care at all.

Absolutely amazing doors and delivery. Placed order from Leader Doors, next day received a voicemail asking me to contact to arrange a delivery date. My fault for not checking my voicemails but when I did a week later I got it booked in. Delivery driver was amazing and carefully brought each door up the drive, into the house and even helped lay them down flat. Door fitter even complemented how good the doors were. Ely oak doors. 11/10.

STAY WELL CLEAR!!!!!If I could give -5 stars I would.We have had around 14-15 doors from Deanta since September 2021 (originally ordered 5) and everyone has blatant defects! On your website you boast quality is paramount.However, this is not the case. How can Deanta Quality Control allow doors (which are not cheap) leave the factory with any defects. We had to wait for the glazed door to be delivered to your factory as the ones you had in stock (been advised around 40) were not fit for delivery, yet your Quality Control team did not check the glazed door which got sent........ Could you please explain this one and don't blame COVID.I am out of pocket for the doors we originally purchased and also joiner fees. I am unable to go to small claims court as I need to go the company I bought the doors from. These are only the middleman and don't have any control over Deanta Quality Control.We currently have 5 doors fitted which look they have been fitted for a few years!Again stay well clear from Deanta doors....

One of my worst purchase and bad xperience. Bought 10 doors of Deanta from their supplier (Doors Store) in Aug. 3-4 were miss-colored. Requested to change/refund/repair two only and I was informed that in mid September they will replace two doors, then date changed to 23rd September, now mid October. Such a frustration and disappointment. I did plan to change doors in my 1st floor home but I have changed my mind after this experience. Still waiting for refund, repair or replacement or any solution but so far just waiting. I can only recommend to AVOID his firm for any purchase after my experience.

Love these doors, I am your biggest fan. TopNotch company. Thank you so very much.

Have used Deanta doors in our last 2 houses, quality is second to none, we bought from John Richardsons our local store and we were very pleased with the service, we also used the Deanta furniture packs which were great.
