Absolute scum bag rip offs sold me a broken American style fridge and won’t come and fix or replace been rude abusive and threatened down the phone they also sell on Facebook under the same name stay away from them there unprofessional idiots that don’t have a clue what there doing this scum bag is picking up the phone and pretending he can’t hear me these pepole are going to get them selfs in big trouble ripping pepole off who are clearly looking for good price second hand appliances

Naturally, I attempted to contact the seller to address the issue.However, my attempts to communicate with the seller were met with silence. It became increasingly apparent that this seller had no intention of rectifying the situation or providing any form of customer support. It was a blatant display of their dishonesty and lack of integrity.This kind of deceitful behavior is completely unacceptable and undermines the trust consumers place in online sellers.I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing from this seller to proceed with caution. Do thorough research, read reviews, and seek alternative sellers who have a proven track record of honesty and reliability. By sharing my experience, I hope to prevent others from falling victim to the same deceptive tactics employed by this dishonest seller.In conclusion, my encounter with this dishonest seller was nothing short of a nightmare. Terrible customer service, damaged an expensive tv he was supposed to repair, then lied about it, didnt fix the problem he was paid to fix, then refused to refund for his poor service.If you dont want to lose money, do not use this service.

The service was terrible first i order fridge, when they delivered, the guy did not bring the fridge i picked out at the shop, instead the guy tryed to palm me of with to fridges he brought down instead, i was firm said i want the fridge i picked out then he said that it was broken ( what a load of rubbish ) he said ok i fix and bring it tomorrow....anyway me not being a fool i went down to the shop to see the original fridge i pick out, it was gone, he was trying to come up with a story and he got angry, as he felt stupid that there's intelligent streetwise folks like me that could see the shop is greedy and dishonest thou i gave him a 20 pound deposite the day i booked delivery.... basically he sold my deposited fridge, so can you see the scam..( if there's one ) i took my money back told him what i think of him and left and went straight to currys-pc world to buy a new fridge all sorted, staff at curry's know the meaning of good customer service...

Time wasters, they send me 3 ictures of washing mashine, when im select one he want bring me it at night. I told them any time on day but no night becouse i living in flat and i have small kids. Never come to me and dont pick up phones. Time wasters
