I am very happy to recommend Baker Smith. All my questions were answered promptly and efficiently and nothing was too much trouble. The engineer arrived on time, he carried out the work and everything was left spotless. I couldn’t ask for more.

Just to say I got an appt at short notice, nice to deal with and my problem quickly fixed. I would recommend them for sure.

Not great. Firstly I'll say that I had a leak and they secured it. That was the original issue back in September.That meant closing off the water supply to my family toilet. Baker Smith then were due to get the replacement part and fix.When another engineer arrived a week or so.later he discovered that the original engineer had incorrectly identified the problem and they'd have to return again once they ordered the correct part.Following this baker Smith sent me an invoice for both visits. I had to then get in touch and argue I shouldn't be charged for the second visit as it was baker Smith themselves who incorrectly assessed the problem.I then had to chase baker Smith over the next 3 months to find out when they were coming back. In November I was told the part was coming in 7-10 days.Then in December they decided they couldn't get the part and wouldn't be able to fix my toilet.I then got in touch to say considering the fact that you've left me without a toilet for 4 months I assume you won't be charging me.I was incorrect, they do still fully intend to charge me.What makes matters worse is that I've found a local plumber who has found the part and fixed it in a week!I won't be using baker Smith again.

I was recommended Baker Smith Ltd as a reliable company and do fully endorse that. I had a problem with my central heating boiler which was diagnosed as an electronics issue, the new part was north of £500.00 but the BS engineer suggested a reconditioned part. This was fitted with the approval of BS office and now I agian have an efficient and working heating system. The engineers recommendation saved me many hundreds of pounds and service like that is beyond words. Thank you to all at Baker Smith team.

Randomly stumbled across Baker Smith. Can only commend them for their communication - they return calls, answer emails! - and delivery.I had an issue with our Hive system, turned out it just needed resetting, I didn't get the cliche Plumber chin rubbing and 'ooh its gonna cost you' instead I got a really useful tutorial on how Hive and other thermostat systems work. How to use our Hive system properly (something the people who installed it never did) and general advice on how to effectively use Underfloor heating.Top Tip - leave it on for the entire day its more cost effective!Anyway to summarise, massively impressed and will use them again if we need them.

Called on Sunday and the guy came and fixed it 1st thing in the morning on Monday. Highly recommended and knowledgeable plumbers. Very happy with the service.

Excellent service for an out of hours emergency with water coming through the ceiling. Luke from Baker Smith did a very neat repair. We also use their services for 2 local businesses and have always found them very responsive and knowledgeable.

Needed a plumber and picked Baker Smith because of other good reviews and wasn't disappointed. They have friendly helpful staff both in the office and that came out to our home. All work was carried out efficiently to a high standard and at a price we could afford. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again, in fact I already have the next job in mind!

Very quick called today and they sent someone out within 30-45 mins and they arrived within this time I had a leak from my shower and was fixed with 2hrs the plumber they sent out was very professional helpful and polite I would highly recommend them would definitely use them again thank you
