Kaz is brilliant! Impecable customer service, she always greets me by name and beds are always spotlessly clean.

The staff are so lovely and friendly, especially Kari. She knows all the customers names. She can't do eough for the customer. It's a pleasure to go for a tan. Many thanks. Lyn x

Went on sunbed today as i noticed kari was there as she is the only employee that i trust to clean the beds properly and that includes the door handles and surrounding area whereas on many occasions i have had to tell some staff who just sit there and say beds ready when i have witnessed a customer coming off the bed so i kniw for fact they havent been sanitised and on another occasion when asked if the bed has been cleaned the person replied no because its too hot that is not acceptable as usual it is always when its kari s day off - Maureen taylor

The lady working today(kari) is so lovely...on 2 occassions ive heard her talking to new members....she is really helpfull and always smiling...

Omg went to use the beds today was extremely busy. Carrie was absolutely brilliant so friendly and made sure every bed was cleaned after use absolutely amazing girl xxxx

I just wanted to share that all of the girls are great! The customer service is excellent and the instagram posts RE opening hours are really helpful. Today Kari gave me some excellent advice RE covering up tattoos and different lotions and she is always bubbly, helpful and welcoming.

Great customer service - the girls are always so positive, happy and helpful. I mainly see Karis & Sonia and they are great and give good advice. The beds are always clean & tidy x
