I have trained in gyms all over Europe. Peak is the best for equipment, atmosphere. Serious body building and fitness centre. Reasonably priced.

Excellent range of equipment for every muscle group set up in a number of different rooms. Friendly family run gym with decent membership pricing. Dumbbells up to 70kg. Overall great gym.

Fantastic gym with a welcoming smile. The owners Cath & Dave treat you like family. Lots of fitness equipment and weights for even the most hardcore bodybuilders. The gym have produced many champions in the bodybuilding world over the years. The also have personal trainers if required.

One of the last real bodybuilding gyms alive if you want to grow this is the place.. this gym has been producing champions from as early as 1995 and still is turning out champs in 2023

The staff are really friendly and helpful, they also have everything you need. Cost of membership is cheap and you don't have to sign a fixed contract. You can just pay upfront whenever your membership runs out.

In my opinion, the best weightlifting and bodybuilding gym in Cardiff. Modern and friendly. Lots of friendly people that will help, if they see you doing an exercise wrong. Great community atmosphere and perfect music to work out to. Everything you need to do all forms of fitness.
