This was the only company, of the many I called, to accommodate my family and amount of luggage, without exorbitant pricing. The communication was excellent, and they dispatched the driver to meet us earlier than originally planned. The driver was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend Express Airport Transport for your travel needs.

I was well impressed with the service provided. The taxi was large and comfortable and easily accommodated all our luggage for 4 people. It arrived in a timely way so there was no waiting around even though we arrived at the pick-up location half and hour before we were due to be picked up. The driver was smart in a shirt and tie and we felt very safe on our drive back to Heathrow airport. The motorway services stop at the half way point without prompting provided a useful opportunity for a 'leg stretch'.My only suggestion would be that a text message is sent on the day of the pick-up with a contact number to confirm arrival at the pick-up point followed by a second text to confirm the details of the registration number and vehicle to save needing to find a pen to write the details down when the company was contacted by phone.

We used this company to pick us up from Heathrow airport July 2023, after traveling internationally and they were amazing. The driver was there to meet us as described and had a suitable car seat, for my little one, as requested. The vehicle had ample space for our luggage, and I couldn't fault the service or the driver. I would highly recommend using this company to anyone.

I have been impressed with Express Airport Transport. I was relectunt at first as I never heard of this company but I'm glad that I went ahead. To book a transport on the website was easy and provided users with important information/guidelines. I paid with my credit card with no issues and received two subsequent emails detailing what happens next. On the day of collection, the driver collected my mum from Heathrow T5 holding a sign with my mum's name on it. My mum loved the large car that this company provided and got to North London within 1 hr 15 mins. She definitely recommends them and we will use them again. Finally, I did a price comparison with other companies & I am happy to say that this was the cheapest with high quality service. Now, how often do you hear that! Good experience. I landed at LHR on time. However i was anticipating delays with immigration and baggage claim, hence i had requested a delayed pick up. I was out of the airport in in half an hr. I then emailed and asked for an early pickup which they obliged and the diver was there in 40min to receive me. very polite driver. I had to travel all the way to Exeter and he drove safely even in the rain. he even obliged to stop at a rest area. Overall a great experience.

I was returning from Dubai and bringing back more luggage than I could easily carry. UK trains have also been a nightmare recently. I looked at chauffeur/transfer services to make the journey from Heathrow back to York instead, expecting to see quotes of £800 or more. This company offered quotes for less than half that amount, although in the end I went for a slightly more expensive, but more luxurious vehicle type, as the permitted luggage limit was higher.My driver arrived within 5 minutes of my coming into the Arrivals terminal (I was early, but he had monitored my flight arrival time), took my luggage trolley and loaded all my luggage into his car himself. His car was spacious, roomy and comfortable, and immaculately clean. He was friendly and chatty, and happy to discuss the best route for getting to York. Although we hit the motorway traffic (we were leaving Heathrow at 4.45pm so it was unavoidable), the journey took about 5 hours, which was about what I expected, including a brief comfort stop about halfway. The driver was speedy but I never felt unsafe, and he also helped me carry my luggage up to the door of my first floor flat.This is the first time I have used a service like this, especially for a journey of this length, and I was a little nervous, but I honestly can't fault any aspect of it, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you.

Pricing was acceptable and competitive (although fluctuates a bit and increases substantially nearer towards the date, plus its cheaper to book separate rides to and fro instead of 1 return trip altogether). And although my driver was a little quiet but he was helpful in loading the tons of luggage that we brought along. The ride also arrived on time and waited at the airport (lucky i get to clear immigration fast so you have to adjust the timing accordingly) and the journey to my destination was safe.

We were recommended to use this company so we did. The experience was excellent. We arrived a little early and came out of the airport much earlier than anticipated. We rang the number even though it was 530 am and they had the driver there in 10 minutes. Our fault not there's. Our driver was very friendly and we spoke the whole way. I unfortunately didn't get his name. Definitely try this company. They are reasonably priced and the service is excellent.

I used this company for recent journeys to and from Gatwick. I found the drivers punctual, polite and skilled. The cars were clean and comfortable. The price was good for 2 travellers as it saved the necessity of a over-night hotel stay and the likely need for first class rail travel to guarantee space for luggage close by. I can recommend them.

Our family used Express Airport Transport recently to travel to and from Heathrow airport. The taxi came on time, was immaculate clean, the drive was safe and smooth. On our way back the driver was waiting for us even after our flight was delayed by two hours, safely drove us home. Can honestly recommend this taxi company.
