Took my Apple Watch in for repair they said it would be back in seven days it took two weeks. On collection found it would not charge contacted them by phone and was told it charged when they had it. Took back to shop waited 20 minutes for them to test the charge agreed it was faulty sent away and two weeks later now returned and is now working.

went to get an ipad pro battery fitted , and they tried to tell me the screen would need replacing too. I told them the screen was working fine, but they got angry with me telling me I wasn't listening and went on talking aout leds and how it would be pointless to just fix the battery, i left and went somewhere else who fixed the battery and confirmed there was nothing wrong with the screen,perfectly ok now . This is a scam place ,they lied to me to try to get more money . If i had fallen for it I bet they would of charged me for a new screen while leaving the same one in . Not a trustworthy buisness.

I had broken lcd on my SamsungA12. I had shop around before going to irepair and found out they are more cheaper than another phone repair shop. They fixed my phone in around 40 minutes with service pack original screen. Very happy with the service and staff were really kind and full on knowledge. Definitely will use them again and recommend to everyone.

I took my iPhone in after dropping it which caused a fairly small crack. They charged me £80 for the whole thing. They fixed it in about 45 minutes, but I noticed that the bottom right corner wasn’t lit up. I called them about it that evening and they said they’d fix it for free the next day. The next day I brought it in and they told me to come back in an hour… I ended up having to wait for 2 and a half hours. Finally finished with it and the guy said they’d fixed it. I took one look at the screen and like… half the screen is dark now. They messed my phone screen up after fixing it, then made it worse when I asked them to sort out their mistake.Anyway, I reckon I have at least some right to feel upset, but the guy behind the counter didn’t think so. He kept saying stuff like “I’m just trying to help, why are you causing so much hatred?”. The hatred he was on about was actually me asking if I could have some money back since all they did was damage my phone. FINALLY got a small amount back but by that point I just wanted to leave. This guy was calling me young lady, talking down to me and trying to rip me off.Wish I could give zero stars xx

Lazy owners.CharlatansThey will con you and say your phone is nor original and blame you for defects instead of their poor ethics and workmanship.Do not go here and if you do ....Do your research

I asked them to change the back on my phone. Unbelievably despite explaining it would be complex (looked on you tube) they removed parts without permission and have essentially trashed a £800 phone. Never will use them again

Hate writing bad reviews but this has to be done as I wouldn’t want this happening to anyone else. I had my screen fixed a few weeks back, and ever since then (I’ve been on holiday) the phone has not been the same. The phone lags as I type, takes forever to send an email. It over heats within a minute of having the screen lit. The camera is foggy on the front. The phone dies every time it reaches 12% and going up, in fact as I was writing this it died at 20%. The phone speaker for an iPhone 12 Pro is bloody amazing. And ever since I got it back sounds like I’ve gone back numerous generations of IPhone! Non of these things use to happen before I had the phone fixed from this shop, it’s almost like my parts have been swapped. I’m utterly shocked at this as they charged me £200 anyway. They’ll only ruin your phone if you go here!

The staff were friendly and helpful, however the agreed time of the screen repair process was half an hour. 2 hours later the phone is repaired, and job done overall was good. However on the way home I discovered the phone was running slower than usual, and nothing was working. So after another trip back, another slight fix, the job is well done overall.Edit:3 weeks later the screen is now wavy after no further drop/damage. After a couple hours wait I was told it was my fault for further damage and it cannot be fixed. I’ve now had to buy a new phone and have wasted £95 on a screen that doesn’t work, plus a phone case, and a screen protector that doesn’t fit!

Brought my phone in for a battery change and they damaged the internal of the phone(no WiFi or Bluetooth working) But they wouldn't even look at it and apologies for it. Never go there again. And their attitude towards customers is disappointing, one of them raised his voice towards me.

Awful experience, very dishonest. Tried to overcharge me for a cheap copy screen for an iPhoneXR, very poor quality screen and colours. Then informed about a genuine screen that could be put on, £15 more, turns out the screen was also not genuine despite them trying to tell me repeatedly that it was, and that the iPhone logo was hidden under some of the plastic on the back of the screen, and the reason they didn’t have packaging is because they get rid of the apple packaging and keep the screens in bubble wrap to save space. When I asked for my existing screen to be put back on so I can take it away to another shop, they had fully broken the screen and it was not working.
