PROFITNESS INFUSION STUDIO
The gym got recommended to me by a friend and it’s the best gym I’ve been to by far. The coach will push you to the limit and Give you encouragement and guidance all the way through the classes which are well put together routines. He will also have a good crack with the class which gets you through the pain and keeps you going. I’ve only done a couple classes but I feel much better already. It was easy to get signed up and made to feel welcome by Mickey and the rest of the lads. Definitely recommend to anyone thinking of joining a gym.

What can I say.. Pro fitness has changed my life 14 weeks ago I was terrified of stepping in a gym after not doing so for over 10 years. I'm now 32lbs lighter, feeling fitter and stronger. It's also massively supported my mental health. I'm burning anything from 400 to 800 calories per session. I can't thank Louise enough for putting her arm around me 14 weeks ago and welcoming me to the gym and telling me I can do this! Now I can't keep away, definitely a safe space to be.

After around 1.5 years of a break from the gym due to home issues. I came back in December 22 after having a baby in August and it’s like I’ve never been away! The atmosphere is always pleasant and the staff are really friendly & accommodating for you. Hard workouts every session but no pressure to push too hard. I love pro fitness and Louise has become a really good friend ❤️ 6*s. Thank you x

I have been attending pro fitness for almost a year now I feel better mentally physically, and so much fitter than ever! I’ve lost nearly 3 stone since joining it’s changed my life, I can’t recommend this gym enough louise and Michael are absolutely fantastic and provide a wide range of classes there is something for everyone!!!

I was recommended PT sessions with Michael & Louise by a friend.So far I’ve been having 3-4 sessions per week for about 5 months now. Michael, Louise as well as Josh are fantastic trainers - knowledgable & experienced and they push you to beyond what you think your limits are - there’s no way I’d be doing 10% of what I do with them. Their sessions are 2nd to none but so is their friendliness, warmth and empathy - they have good hearts. If you want a gym with Trainers that will push you all the way with plenty of equipment & a very friendly atmosphere then this is the place to go to.Thank you Michael, Louise & Josh

Great workout. Louise is super friendly and motivates you to work hard, taking into consideration all abilities. Current zoom lessons are fab as means we can keep going through lockdown. Been going for a couple of months now and feel much fitter and more toned

Louise, Micky and Josh are fabulous. The gym has a relaxed atmosphere, and is really welcoming to newcomers. The classes are great and loads of morning/ daytime and evening sessions.

Excellent place to train get fit and also have a laugh along the way.Zoom classes are definitely worth doing from the comfort of your own home. I have always found it hard to get motivated in the house but decided to do my first zoom session yesterday. I thoroughly enjoyed it and can say I will definitely be doing them from now on. Can't recommend pro fitness enough!

Michael is a knowledgeable trainer who pushes you to get the most out of each session. They’re running sessions over Zoom during lockdown which works better than I thought it would.I’ve been looking for men’s classes round here for a while, so pleased Michael is running them.My partner goes to the women’s classes ran by Louise and she’s had similar positive experiences.
