Riverside Lodges in Ripon, North Yorkshire

Just had an amazing few days in uredale lodge. The lodge was immaculate and Rod the owner was really friendly. If your looking for a peaceful getaway this is the place. The lodge and hot tub were very private and overlooking the river. Will definitely return

We've been here a couple of times. A short travel from Durham. Lodges are nice and it's a short walk to the centre for bars and restaurants

We reluctantly returned home on Friday after a fantastic seven night stay at Riverview Lodge Park Ripon. The lodge was spacious with very attractive interiors. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The hot tub was spacious and relaxing. The large decking area was private with stylish garden table and chairs, perfect for an evening drink by the river.We were only a ten to fifteen minute walk from the lovely city of Ripon's centre, great for pubs, restaurants and visits to the historical sites. And yet the park is so peaceful, nestled by the river and countryside. .

Had a very relaxing stay here. Very handy for walking into the town, or as a base for exploring the area. Warm, dry and comfortable. Rod is very welcoming and helpful. Tub was very clean and reliably at 40 degrees. Kitchen was well equipped.Unless you have one or the lodges on the river side the views are not great, and there are areas of the site that need fixing up.On balance, it was good value for money but not for someone who wants the best of everything - they would be better paying more money.

This is a lovely place, nicely out the centre of Ripon with an outlook over the river, obscured a little by the trees and bushes. It's about a 15min walk into the centre (well worth a look round). The lodge we had was lovely and clean with fairly new furniture, large screen TV, (reception wasn't great in the middle of the storms we experienced), The hot tube was clean and checked/serviced during our stay, lovely warm temperature really enjoyed laying in it late into the evening doing some star gazing. The site as a whole was nice and quiet which we liked.If I was to say anything it would be that the communications wasn't always great..On the whole we had a lovely time and look forward to returning soon...

Really nice quiet break! The friendliest staff I ever came across! So peaceful and beautiful location with a lake view! Great facilities! On arrival, we met Rod who was very friendly and welcoming and showed us the lodge facilities. The hot tub was hot and ready for use and we were provided with some towels. I would highly recommend this place for a chilled out break. Would and will definitely return.

Have just come back from staying here, we had a lovely time, We stayed in Wensleydale lodge overlooking the river it was a lovely peaceful location. The lodges were lovely and spacious and everything was clean. The hot tub was a great treat and was used daily after we came back from exploring the area. Rod showed us about when we arrived and was very friendly, we had a number to call if we had any problems which we didn’t. Would recommend if anyone wanted a relaxing stay in the area.

Fantastic place. Lodges are superb, very modern with every thing you can wish for and tastefully decorated. Owners couldn't do enough for us. Very happy break and we will be back again.

What a lovely little place this is. Lodges were very clean and well kept. Hot tub amazing. Really quiet area. would definitely go back. Staff very friendly. 10 minutes walk into Ripon, found a lovely pub called The Water Rat. Lovely walk down the canal and not far from most places to go and visit. Great base.

Just returned from a lovely 5 days staying in Uredale Lodge.Loved every minute and will definitely return.Everything we needed was there, fab power showers, very comfortable beds and beautifully clean hot tub.Thank you x
