London Vegetarian Cooking School

Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the workshop as I couldn't attend. I had an emergency induced labour and gave birth just 2 days before the workshop. However, as I didn't cancel or move it well in advance, I lost the workshop following their T&Cs.Even though I have been offered 25% off on another workshop, my rating is based on them not making some exceptions sometimes due to extraordinary circumstances.

What seemed insurmountable made possible by the main chef/ teacher who is unquestionably a culinary and teaching genius.We were effortlessly guided through I think 8 or more recipes with his own unique tips, superbly presented. The recipes were quick and easy to do and very easy to transform into your own kitchen. In fact I've already made a few dishes. Prepare to become addicted. Although vegetarian / or vegan cooking these courses would be as great for carnivores as the dishes are so tasty. Highly recommended and I will definitely go again!

Super fun, engrossing and delicious day on the 'Nouveau Indian' course. Time flew by as we did 5 dishes, and as well as learning about a whole new cuisine Francesco taught me loads of essential kitchen tips that I think will take my other cooking up a level too.

Class was unilaterally cancelled by the school due to poor communication on their part. We turned up, no-one there. Recommend you double check all communications and bookings - more than you would normally!

I had a wonderful day the School yesterday! I attended the Arabesque workshop and cooked 7 amazing dishes. Francesco was incredibly knowledgeable, shared some fantastic tips and made us all feel very comfortable throughout the day. Shout out to Kate for making things run smoothly behind the scenes. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience with a master Chef teaching simple but delicious recipes, explaining their origin and giving tips on how to handle a knife, chop onions without dropping a tear… loved it. Life skills. Thank you!
