My 1st ever visit to Enigma I had the pleasure of meeting Tori.Lovely friendly caring stylist she put my mind at ease instantly when I told her my concerns over my already damaged coloured fine hair.Tori talked me through options colours and techniques she could use on my hair,she asked questions which is fab as you are giving a step by step guide on what she will do.The end results.... I am over the moon the colour is probably the best shade of blonde my hair has ever seen she picked well for me and listened.Love the service from start to finish and I will certainly use the salon again asking for Tori.5 stars to you

Wanted to get my hair done while on holiday in Llandudno. Went from long hair to quite short, she did an amazing job, straight away she knew what i wanted and I am very happy. Definitely recommend this place, they are very lovely and professional. Thank you so much ⭐️

I got a last minute appointment here as I usually travel outside of town to get my hair cut, but we're currently on local lockdown. I know it's like committing a crime in the hairdressing world, but I'm converted! This is now the only place I'll go. I have a short pixie cut, and the lady who cut my hair (I think it's Debbie - sorry if that's not right!) did such an amazing job and really took care of me.A lovely place - and they're 'going green' so the even recycled my hair!!

Lots of hair salons in Llandudno so read the reviews and chose this one. What a find. Wonderful ambience, warm and friendly. Hair wash was super comfy and Izzie gave me a fabulous head massage during the shampoo. Excellent cut from Ruth. Have booked to have my colours done in November.

I had my first appointment with Debbie today , she is friendly , attentive, professional and most importantly for me a good hair stylist, I’m really happy with my cut and blow dry . She also advised on products to help me overcome a dry ends issue I have with my hair. Very pleased and would totally recommend. Trish Scott-Perrin
