I had a consultation with Karen today . She took her time understanding my needs and expectations and then explaining the different options , costs and a potential treatment plan. Based on this I have booked some treatments with her. Treatment room , although small, was very welcoming and absolutely immaculate. Surprisingly, there was no consultation fee and definitely no hard sell . The decision on future treatments was purely mine.

Premium lip filler treatment with Karen has left me with visible superficial filler, which is, unfortunately down to incorrect placement. I was disappointed in Karen's management of the situation as a standard 2 week follow up appointment is not offered by default. When I did reach out, I received a one line response to leave it and give a couple of weeks to settle. When I did eventually see Karen face to face, she dismissed the issue as lip pigmentation, which simply wasn't true as the filler is visibly raised on the lip surface. After 6 weeks, it still hasn't resolved therefore I asked for a refund however I have now been completely blanked. My experience has left me with a substandard result and out of pocket. I just want others to be aware of my outcome.

Having had aesthetic treatments at several practitioners and clinics over the years; Sky Aesthetics is excellent.Firstly Karen is extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly honest. I trust Karen’s judgement and recommendations and it has paid off. I am so happy with my results, which manage to appear natural enough whilst still being outstanding.Karen’s clinic is clean, modern and comfortable. It is above Paul David’s hairdressers, who’s staff are the most friendly and welcoming people ever, obviously it can be daunting going in to a new place for a procedure but don’t let this put you off.Beauty by Lucy is also next door to Sky Aesthetics which is who recommended I to go to Sky, having gone to Lucy for years she is also very professional has amazing skills and attention to detail.10 out of 10 Sky Aesthetics.

Very professional service with full explanation of procedure including how the fillers and Botox work and what to expect after treatment. I had full confidence in Karen and found the whole experience pain free and relaxing. I would recommend Sky Aesthetics 100% and would not hesitate to advise family and friends to use Karen for 5 star treatment.
