Exact Glazing are a family run business and this shows with their attention to detail and commitment to providing the best solution for their clients. We were very impressed when meeting Fraser and Silas at their showroom and by the quality of their product.Working closely with our architects (and project managers), Exact came up with a solution that perfectly suited our lifestyle and what we had envisioned for our home.We have a cornerless sliding door system which frames our garden perfectly as well as opening up our family living area altogether so that in summer our indoor and outdoor area becomes one. They also installed a bespoke glass slot / up and over panel over our kitchen area which is a real talking point. We love watching the changing of the seasons through the panel especially when it rains.Finally, we had a very large flat glass roof light installed over our entrance hall (which we opened up to the loft floor) - this is an amazing addition to our home.We would highly recommend Exact Glazing - their professionalism (even through lockdown) has been unwavering and their support after installation invaluable.

Exact supplied and fitted all the glazing for our new build in Brighton, including bespoke roof lights and feature windows. It was a big and difficult project and we struggled for some time to find a company to take it on. Fabulous team, stylish products and good customer service.

Exact were a great company to start with and we had no problem with them or the product. However the problems came when my husband has an accident with a glass panel which we asked them to fix. They came and did so but whilst their fitters did they also dented the frame and have broken one of the mechanisms in the door and chipped paperwork. We have now been left with a door that rocks, doesn't sit properly, and in doing so letting cold drafts and water inand has two finger print dents in the frame and small damage to the paint. They also failed to clean up the glass mess, and said its not their problem and thr hoover was in the van. They came back to rectify the glass left on the floor, which I had already starting cleaning up due to having animals and children in the house and but were rude, saying did you see the mess we had to clean up and calling me a liar about the damage and asking to prove that they caused the damage.They won't take responsibility for it, and have ignored several emails with photos and videos as prove, as well as telephone calls and even been passed it to technical" which was done 2 weeks ago and still nothing

Had sliding doors fitted, very happy with the result and the lovely view out onto my garden.
