So far everything has been amazing, definitely one of the best accommodations in liverpool, the amenities available are great and the staff have been nothing but friendly and all round amazing and made the move in so easy!Events have been put in place throughout each month and this makes it so your always able to do something and meet people.Location is also great, really central with lists of transport options around, and a quick walk away from city centre. Parts of the building are still under construction but that hasn’t made the stay any worse.This is by far the best valued accommodation I’ve seen, for everything you get compared to other accommodations, this is so worth while. I hope the rest of my stay is this good.And not to mention the amazing view from the roof terrace completely makes the place.

Been today to look around ready for my nephew moving in next week. The young lady on reception called Georgina was lovely & welcoming. She took us to his room let us look around, then on a tour of the whole building & put our minds at ease. Thank you Georgina.

Living in true student has been an exceptional experience, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to reside here. The standout features of this accommodation is the modern and well-maintained facilities. The communal areas are impressive, providing the perfect space to relax, socialize, and study. The common room is a great place to unwind and socialize with other residents, and the on-site gym has become a favorite spot for me to stay active and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I would highly recommend this accommodation to any student looking for a comfortable, convenient, and vibrant living environment. It has truly set the standard for student accommodation, and I am grateful to have decided to stay here during my time at university.

staying here for the academic year 23-24 and loving it so much that I’ve booked for the following academic year.The room and all communal areas have been well thought-out and designed, lovely building and lovely staff don’t have a bad thing to say about it, however a small inconvenience I have noticed is that true student Liverpool doesn’t get the same attention as other true buildings, for example most of the other true studios across the country come with a mounted tv and oven and for 13k a year rent I’d have appreciated at least an oven. Another thing on the point of differences in location, the events aren’t to the same scale as true buildings elsewhere, the welcome party that took place shortly after moving in was vastly different compared to the experience of others at other locations. The staff at true Liverpool are wonderful but they didn’t have the same preparation or resources as for example true Salford. The staff were asking us for a speaker several times because the people in charge of organising a PARTY in an area called the FESTIVAL zone didn’t have a speaker for music which is arguably the most important part of a party. We were allowed 2 free drinks for the entire party but didn’t have a way to pay for an extra drink or two but then the staff would complain that we weren’t having fun and would push us to soberly dance in front of people we’d never met, it was very uncomfortable. I ended up leaving after 10 minutes, which is a shame because I had really been looking forward to it.

A newly built accommodation with lots of facilities. Location may not be the best, but events being held each months to unite students here.

The staff are all really friendly and willing to help. Whenever I have emailed I have received prompt responses and the necessary assistance, including a time where I mentioned my wifi wasn’t working, the next day, a wifi technician was in my room sorting it out. Also, I had an issue of being unsure on how to lock my door, one of the reception team explained to me how to do it, and then came upstairs to my room with me to double check it works. The parcel collections is brilliant, I don’t have to worry about not being in when I have a delivery arriving. There is a member of staff 24/7, including nights, so there is always someone to speak to should there be any issues. I feel very safe living here. There are also a vast range of activities and events that are run on a daily basis, to cater for everyone, including gym classes, pamper nights and dog visits to name a few. I have loved my stay here so far :) thank you true

After staying here for a year the main points to consider are:Pros:-Nice Rooms-Mostly quiet (although this might depend how lucky you get with your block)-Most the staff is very friendly, only had issues with one staff member which left.-They do quite a lot of cool events each month-Gym is accessible all the time, although small its pretty well equipped-Quite Centrally located with good bus routesCons:-No parking, this is a big thing, council is strict about parking and the place which people could park in is being built onto-Internet can be dodgy on wifi, wired is good most the time-Not Much Natural light coming in for the rooms facing courtyards, having an artificial light source everyday can cause issues for some people

I will share my experience honestlyI've been here since September.. yes, it's a luxurious accommodation.. but there are things that need to be improved otherwise Run away and find yourself a better place.. now there are new student accommodations here in Liverpool for the upcoming academic year .. I like my studio.. the staff are very kind.. What I dont like first is the quality of the bed mattress, which doesn't fit the luxurious concept.. It's very horrible and caused me back pain.. yaa its from the bed .. whenever i go back home my back becomes fine and the 1st night I arrive here I wake up with stiffness.. The 2nd thing that I totally hate is there is no sound insulation between the studios.. My neighbour is very nosiy and always gathers at mid of night with her friends.. I spoke to the reception several times, and the only thing they do is ask here to keep quiet so then she goes to other place.. but why do I have to keep suffering and being awake each time because of her .. there is no serious action towards noise makers and this is really terrible
