Zoe Sports Massage Therapist

Absolutley would rate 5/5 stars for Zoe! I originally came as my sister mentioned her hour massages really helped with her lower back pain. I kept pulling mine from starting at the gym. After only one session of an hour massage and cupping I felt the benefits straight away. The tightness had gone and the knots in the neck had been eased where I found I held a lot of tension. After going several times now I can say I wouldn’t skip a session, it does a full reset on my back and is the mot I needed to keep on weightlifting and walking. Would highly recommend to anyone suffering from any back problems. Added bonus is Zoe as a person is lovely and will make you feel right at ease. Thanks Zoe for bringing my back back to life!

Where to start…. Zoe is an amazing sports therapist and such a lovely person, from the moment I walked through the door I was welcomed in with such warmth, throughout the treatment she explained the benefits of the procedure and other procedures as well as I was curious! Felt completely relaxed the whole time and felt like I had been coming to Zoe for years. Perfect pressure sports massage and zoe was really reassuring and let me know to tell her if I had any concerns throughout. If you want a massage that’s really going to target your problematic areas I couldn’t recommend more! Thank you Zoe and I will definitely be returning!!!!

Absolutely the best! I’ve had 2 sports massages from Zoe now and my back definitely feels so much better. I’m always sotting with my back hunched because of my work so my back suffers a lot and massages with Zoe have greatly helped. First time having a sports massage and safe to say I’m booked in again! Zoe was amazing! Talked me through it all and has really helped. I went to Zoe for the first time a couple of days ago after suffering with back pain for a few years. Immediately Zoe made me feel welcomed and comfortable. We talked through my back problems and she explained the recommended treatment - she always checked I was comfortable with what she was doing. I felt reassured that Zoe knew what she was doing as she is very knowledgable and passionate about what she does. Even after the one treatment my back already feels so much better and I’ve noticed my posture is already a lot better - my shoulders are no longer hunched. I highly recommend and will 100% be going back to Zoe!!

I find it very, very fulfilling, especially the spot massage and the hijama; of course, to be honest, have experienced various massage therapists. Zoe spots massage comes as one of the best so far. On a scale of one to ten, I think I'll give her an 8. She's that good.

Zoe is so friendly and made me feel comfortable straight away as I was nervous for my first ever sports massage. She explained everything and made sure she knew where my main complaints and issues were. Such a lovely person and a great sports therapist! Would highly recommend.
